My hair is incredibly important to me, so I spare no expense.  When I moved here I started going here, and have gone here since.  Robin is great.  She cuts my hair how I want it, does highlights how I want them, and doesn't try to talk me into doing things that I don't want to do.  I am naturally blonde and not very adventurous, so what I want is pretty basic.  I've had it long and short over the years, and done highlights and low lights.  It's been exactly what I wanted every time.  I also had my hair done here for my Senior ball and my wedding.  All of my bridesmaids came here, and all of their hair looked gorgeous!  One of my bridesmaids had really short neck length hair, and I didn't think it would even go up.  They got it in an up do, and it looked great and stayed perfect all day!  Thuy did my hair for my prom and my wedding.  My up do lasted all night, after taking my veil off, and I actually wore it on the plane the next day on my honeymoon!  Looked perfect the whole time. :) I highly recommend it here!

Because my hair was coming out fast and furious. The women here were helpful. I picked out my make up! Spent a few hundred dollars. Too bad for you Sephora. I have 6 daughters and 10 granddaughters! The staff was friendly, but having to show ID to collect your items felt a bit odd, though I understand it's their policy. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with a QR code that needs to be scanned at pickup. I've heard they're opening a new location in Pittsford Plaza, where Bed Bath & Beyond used to be, which is great news! This location has plenty of shared parking, so it's easy to navigate.

My first time was with Michele, and I loved hearing her story and passion about creating a talented and calm space for her art. She is compassionate and great at serving her clients! Loved my hair after! It's really a wonderful, clean, and serene spot. The last two times I was with Ali, and I loved my hair each time! As a busy stay at home mom, I usually only get my hair done once in a while so having it look good for the long term is a must. The first time around I specifically came in bc I was getting some family photos done for the holidays. I had some long layers and balayage (I'll attach some of the family photos done by Alyssa Vanzo Photography so people can see!) Most recently I came in to get my hair darkened and shorter.
