Today I was surprised I sat down next to this customer who complained the whole time. He was waiting maybe 5 minutes and kept mumbling how long the wait was. I took advantage of the $1.00 shampoo as many customers did today. Takes a bit longer to shampoo. Next time maybe he won't come back, never even tipped the stylist. We don't need nasty people coming to our local salon. Susan, the manager and the stylist apologized for the wait. Customer was not having it. Kindness is free, maybe the customer should try it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! I bought a Paul Mitchell flat iron on July 1, 2015. On July 16th, 2015 it stopped working. Completely stopped heating up and the plates started rocking after maybe 10 uses. The store was not helpful at all and couldn't care less they had sold me a rotten item. When I spoke with Taylor at the store, I was told I needed to fill out the warranty information and send it in. Seriously. After 2 weeks. I only use Paul Mitchell flat irons, so I know this is a fluke occurrence with this product, and I understand that can happen. What I have an issue with, is the store making me go through the process of filing a warranty claim, mailing the flat iron in, and waiting who knows how long for Paul Mitchell to rectify the issue, a mere 2 WEEKS after I purchased it. Ridiculous and HORRENDEOUS customer service. I will never buy from this store again, and I will encourage everyone I know from now on to do the same. read more
