Lack of customer service. The two ladies working were very rude. I needed haircuts for my boys and they asked me to return. When I returned (10min after the time to give them more time in the case they were running behind) they told me they couldn't see them anymore. I wasted over an hour for nothing. read more

WORST HAIR SALON AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'd just like to say that normally I never give reviews unless their needs to be changes done with a business or the people that work for the business. I came to SuperCuts a couple weeks ago and I had an okay experience but it could have been a lot better. However, today's experience was probably the worst that I've ever encountered at this hair salon. I called and asked to see if they had any appointments, they said I could come in so I headed over. Once I got there, I was greeted by a lady that was really rude to me a couple weeks ago when I went to get a hair wash. I was a little worried because of how she treated me the first time I went there. The wash went alright and I asked if she could dry my hair about 80% and she said "yeah, that's fine". So once she finished drying my hair, I went up to pay. After I paid, I got into my car, tying my hair into a pony tail and I noticed the back of my hair was all greasy, smelled like sweat and it didn't smell or feel clean. I went back in the store and told her that the back of my hair near the bottom wasn't washed and she led me back to where I had my hair washed the first time. She had me sit back down and when she washed my hair, it wasn't even the right spot I told her to re-wash. She was very rough, dug her nails into my hair, and started scrubbing/yanking at my hair. What's the point of re washing my hair if you're not going to wash the spot i asked to be washed ?! She rinsed my hair off and didn't even bother to put two towels under my neck so the water wouldn't drip on my shirt and sat me down. I was under the impression that she would just dry my hair like she did the first time but she said to me " I'm going to have to charge you this time because I didn't charge you the first time". I looked at her and I told her, " I didn't expect to have to come back in because you didn't do your job correctly and now you want me to pay you for a service that you didn't do correctly?" She kept going on that I would have to pay because it was a service that they provided and that I had a lot of hair. I told her that I'd dry it myself because she didn't want to do her job correctly and she just walked off without apologizing or anything. When you work at a hair salon, you're going to get people with different types of hair, the density and length. If YOU don't like your job or dealing with people who have different types of hair, density and length, DO NOT work at a HAIR SALON!!!! This is the WORST hair salon I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS to IMPROVE ALOT!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE COMING FROM A HAIR SALON THAT HAS A MOTTO OF " TAKING PRIDE IN PROVIDING THE ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL YOU'VE COME TO EXPECT FROM EVERY SUPERCUT". When you work for a company and their prices are set for the services they offer, you charge the customer the prices that are set. You DO NOT charge someone based on how you felt at the time or whatever it may be. I was and am more than willing to pay for my hair to be washed and 80% blow dried the first time but I am NOT WILLING TO PAY SOMEONE THAT DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR SECOND TIME AND TREATED ME WITH THE UTMOST DISRESPECT. Came here for a slight trim and ended up leaving completely butchered by a girl who is too busy asking so many personal questions that were none of her business quite frankly. She chopped the hair over my ear all the way down to the scalp on the left side and then wanted to know if I wanted the right side to match. Obviously inexperienced and more than unprofessional. The older stylist really could do nothing to even fix it. The only reason I came here is because I just wanted a slight trim because I have two very important meetings this week as I am retiring. One with my bosses who are flying in from out of state and the other with 250 employees to announce my retirement. I left this Supercuts in tears and was unable to sleep last night thinking about what a clown I'm going to be looking like as I leave my long time employment. I got my haircut from Zara today- both head hair and beard. She did a fantastic job as per usual and she's my go-to, though, everybody else who has cut my hair in this shop has done a wonderful job. I used to travel all the way to Modesto to get a haircut and that one was my primary barbershop. Then, I started to explore my options and landed on the Supercuts in Patterson. Thinking that it was going to be less-than-average experience because it was a cheaper service, I didn't expect such a quality haircut. I've read other reviews about this place but they seem to be outdated and so I'll clear the air and write that the environment is great- everyone's nice and easy to get along with and I'm surprised about the lack of five star reviews. read more

Horrible experience. Been coming here since it opened and this will be last time. 2 women cutting hair. Rudely told the wait will be 45 min. The girl then slowly, slovenly cleaned her area and proceeded to take an extended break while everyone waited. Would have left to the other haircut place but wanted to wait it out to capitalize on the experience and make my point with no tip. Sad. Fire the lazy one and I may come back. ok, here we go! my regular haircut lady was out, and i took a gamble on a new person. this was a big mistake the hair cut lady ( Jolene) was very impatient towards what i wanted. she cut my hair being rushed, and i had to come back to get it fixed. i was trying to show her where one side of my head was shorter. She told me, "i can't see it," with discuss! she told me, "Why did i request her?" Anyone here can cut my hair for the next time! very unprofessional ! I was very polite from the being, even though as she was cutting my hair, it was terrible! i had to guide her on where some area's where still longer than the other side. i ended up still fixing my hair myself, and my hair is still lopsided on one side. this experience was terrible, and her comments were unacceptable! People need to be held accountable for actions when working with the public! read more

I'll give 2 stars because there is a girl in here who has done my husband's hair twice now, and it looks good. However, I have to knock the remaining 3 off for just the environment and lack of professionalism. I don't know if this is because P-Town isn't exactly a big ol bustling city or what. Last time I checked flip-flops, sweats and baggy t-shirts were not in the 'professional' category. One thing I find so annoying is walking into a place of business and having the employees just sitting there chatting amongst themselves about drama going on within the work place. If your gonna bad mouth a customer, make sure it's when the shop is empty. If your gonna talk shit about other employees, do that after work over happy hour ... Just don't do either when the shop is full of paying customers. read more

To be clear supercuts is not my primary barber. I use this Patterson supercuts when my barber is on vacation or isnt around. Very friendly place. All the ladies who work here are nice. Laid-back atmosphere. The only con I can think of is 16 bucks for a mens haircut. I pay 12 and I get a straight edge blade on the back of the neck & 30 second neck massager put on your shoulders/back/neck at the end when your hair is done. I wish Yelp had negative stars. Purely so I could give them the review they deserve. Their stylist Jo Ellen is by far the most discourteous person I have ever had the displeasure of paying money to be in close contact with for more than 5 minutes. She flat out looked like she'd rather be somewhere else. She also forgot the basic fundamentals that supercuts usually provides. Like brushing your neck for stray hairs that fall into your shirt, gel at the end, and shaving your head the way you actually had asked for!!! Usually for men's haircuts they always ask how you want the sideburns. She just shaved them right off without even asking. I provided pictures of exactly what I wanted. And she looked at the first one once and completely disregarded it. In short the place isn't bad. It's just the stylist. read more

I got my nephew 's haircut here awhile back. I asked for a #1 and finger length on top. When I left the top was still wet. When I got home it had dried and the top was extremely choppy and there were shorter and longer pieces. There were long hairs left on the sides behind his ears and the neck line was crooked.
