Two times I have tried to get a hair color at this location and have been told no. The first time, I could understand, as it was around 5pm and too close to their closing time I guess. The second time was just 3 days ago. I had a funeral to attend and really needed the color. I called the salon first thing after they opened that morning to ask if they had someone in the shop that could do a color that day. The person on the phone said yes, just to make sure I arrived at least 2 hours before close at 6pm. I asked so I don't need to make an appointment or anything? I was told they don't do appointments. I thanked her and got off the phone to rush my children through their online schooling so we could go to the salon. I stopped school at 1pm to finish up later so we could get to the salon in plenty of time to get my color done. We arrived at the salon at 1:45pm. Per the employee on the phone, as long as I was there by 4pm, it wouldn't be a problem. I was told they could only do one color at a time and that the person doing the colors had someone coming in at 3pm for a color so she couldn't do mine. (it took the receptionist and the other hair stylist having a discussion to come to this conclusion. They even asked me if all I needed was an all over color, which is all I needed) I was then told they couldn't do it. I relayed the phone conversation I had with the employee that morning, and told them I would have made an appointment then or drove over immediately if I had know it was going to be an issue. The receptionist immediately told me that they didn't make appointments, so I reminded her that she had JUST told me that they had someone coming in at 3pm for a color, so obviously that is an appointment. She immediately snapped her mouth shut and made a "well yeah I guess so" look. What really gets my goat though is I went ahead and got my both daughter's hair cut, and a cut and eyebrow wax for myself. The stylist that did my cut and wax spent about an hour on me. I'm not complaining about that as she was super nice and very detailed. Even though, it really shouldn't have taken that long. It was the fact that while she worked on me, the salon emptied out of customers and ALL of the other stylists left the floor. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't have gotten my color done. I had to go next door and buy the color and do it myself. TO THE STYLISTS AT THIS SALON: Ya'll messed up is all I can say. I tip 20.00 on a color, 5 to 10 on a cut depending on the detail and how well it is done, and 5 for a wax. I tipped 15 to the lady that did my cut and wax that day and 5.00 each to the ladies that cut my girls hair since they have long hair and just needed some length taken off. It could have been a 35.00 tip. I'll be heading to the Southaven location in the future which is closer to my home anyway. If they are as bad as the OB location I will drive to Collierville! read more

I just had my hair cut here and it is easiest the worse haircut I have ever received. My hair cut is really simple, 3 on top 0 on sides. It currently looks like I have a set of stairs in the side of my head no fade whatsoever. I didn't expect much but my haircut looks outrageous. For what it's worth the lady was nice. read more

Yes, this is Supercuts and the cuts are ok but ....... color, highlights....KAT is the one to see. She is awesome at what she does and cool and trendy also!. One thing I must add is that they do not take appointments and Kat is super popular and busy. I have found that I need to call the salon and ask for Kat's work schedule and go early or sit in the parking lot until the salon opens to be first on her list. Other people know this and there are usually people waiting in the same manner. If you can get her..... It's worth it! read more

Kat is the best hair stylists there but the receptionist can't get it together. Call and ask for her, they give you a time and you ask how busy it is; you're told there is an approximately 20-30 minute wait. I get up there and I'm told you need to come back in 2 1/2 hours because she is doing a color. She has been doing the color for a while. It is hard enough to get into to see her and then the people working can't get it together enough to give right times. My business will be used elsewhere considering this is the one of many ones this has happened. The salon is a joke, the owner needs to get her people trained. read more

NEVER let anyone from here cut ur hair ESPECIALLY Kat she butchered my hair my bangs what's left of them are 3 different lengths I have big gaps n the sides and u can see my scalp n the back if she couldn't cut it like the picture she should have said so it will take months before I can even come close to being able to fix it a 5yr old with pinking shears would have done a better job read more
