After waiting the requisite 72 hour waiting period I washed my hair. I had asked Sarah to do the treatment so my hair wouldn't stay stick straight forever. After washing, my hair is more wavy than curly which is what I wanted. It is also less frizzy and more manageable, not as knotty. After a few weeks with it, it is still soft and wavy, but not crazy curly like it's been in the past. It is easier to wear. I am happy with it!

However, after multiple visits, it became clear that her dismissive and unprofessional attitude is just how she operates. I made every effort to be polite despite her continuous rude remarks, but after waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment--one I booked two weeks in advance--her response was, "If you didn't want to wait, you could have seen someone else. Most of my clients don't mind waiting." That was actually one of the less offensive things she said to me. I can't begin to list every condescending comment she's made in my last few visits, but I can confidently say I will never be returning.
