Walked in for a hair cut with my 7 year-old niece, and April did a great job! There was almost no wait and a very clean salon.

I got my haircut by Crystal. A woman with red hair and shaved sides. During my interaction, she skipped over my requests and constantly corrected me in a tone that made me feel belittled. As a result, I didn't feel like I had the voice to speak up during the process. After showing her my reference photo, she just said that the image had short hair that was styled. However, the guy in the photo actually showed medium-long hair. She confidently said that she could cut my bangs almost halfway off and texturize it. After the texturizing, I ended up with hair twice as short as the reference image, spiky and shooting all up. It will take months for me to grow my hair back to the length I want it, and at least one for it to be stylable. With $24 plus tip, I hope that service interaction would be much better. If you want your hair cut, be careful of how they treat you, and get someone who will check in with you during the process. But here, that did not happen. read more

BAD. Stefanie quite literally did the opposite of what I asked for. As I was explaining to her to just thin it out and keep the shape, she looked spaced out and so lost and then just interrupted me with "well what number do you want?" I don't understand how I could have been more clear with "keep the shape" but for some reason I just got about 85% of my hair cut off and my part isn't even in the same place. It's also very choppy and looks rushed. I don't expect high quality treatment from Supercuts but wow this was really bad. Will not be returning read more

Go see Dominique! I've never been to this location before and my hair is long, wavy, and was in desperate need of a trim. I was sitting at my desk at work, cutting split ends with my work scissors and decided enough was enough and went to Supercuts on the way home from work. Dominique was amazing! The shampooing chairs are actually comfortable which adds to the relaxing experience of a shampoo. Her scalp scrubbing is perfect. It's not scrapey and irritating, it's just relaxing and wonderful. She is friendly without being over talkative. She cut my hair with precision and was very thorough, she took the time to trim my layers and shape my face nicely. My head was tingling nicely, I was relaxed after a long day or working, and I felt like a million bucks after I left. Everyone (customers and employees) wore a mask the whole time and I felt safe getting my hair cut there. read more

I almost hesitate to mention her because I don't want her to be booked up every time I need a haircut but Eva is one of the best barbers I have ever been to. I have been to fancy salons and gentlemen barbershops and none of them have a service level that compares to Eva's eye for detail and delightful personality. We've been customers of this location for about a year or so. I had always cut the kids hair in the past but as they get older, they want the kids styles and don't want to sit through my inexperienced slow hand. We found this location because its near our favorite Target. My older son is special needs teen. He adores the ladies there and will sit patiently for them. They know him now as well and are very sweet with his quirky demands sometimes. They have saved us from self trimming issues and have helped with last minute cuts with our crazy schedule. We have our favorite ladies of course(don't want to single anyone out) but always love all the girls and their work and friendliness. We always feel so welcome. read more

Less and less impressed with this place. I lived in Arlington for 13 years and recently moved over here. I've always been able to call ahead, put my name in, and come in as long as I was coming in the next 30 minutes. I was just told they were strictly walk-ins... they would not take my name. Also, did not like the service I received. The cut was fine, but the service was not very personal. Plus, it's $23 for a basic haircut and tip. That's a lot to feel like you're being treated rudely. I have been a regular at this Supercuts location since I moved from Arlington, TX to Arlington Heights neighborhood in Fort Worth. LaTanya is the best! Her blowouts rival the high-dollar places like nobody else! I have curly hair, and it takes me over an hour to wash, blow dry and run a flatiron through my hair, and it's not nearly as good. I can go days with just minor touch ups after a visit with LaTanya. There have been a few times that LaTanya was off when I needed her, and I still patronize this Supercuts, because the entire crew is very experienced-- literally can't go wrong with a cut or a blowout here! I might even utilize their color service if my regular color stylist can't fit me in! Trust me, you will be have as good of service as the high dollar salons at a fraction (literally) of the price! read more

I love going to get my hair done here. Ruby is a great stylist & I try to always go when she's available. I can be a little tender headed when my hair is being brushed by someone, but she has never hurt me. She listens to what I'm asking for & doesn't just do whatever she wants like a few stylists at other salons have in the past. And since I'm not a very talkative person, I like that she doesn't talk my head off- although she's quite friendly and polite. There's also a male stylist that I think is named Marco or Marcos that cut and styled my husband's hair and beard, and he did a really good job too. I would recommend either of these stylists. read more

It's been years since I have stepped foot into a super cuts and for good reason. What a horrible experience at this location. Considering this is a hot scene area of Fort Worth. This location wasn't even close to being as busy as Floyd's. Anyways I walked in wasn't even greeted which is fine, I understand you were cutting hair. Maybe hire hair assistants like most big establishments, so sat for maybe 5 more minutes then a loud guy came rushing in saying he was on some list which I never saw a list or a number machine etc and he was greeted. long story longer don't waste your time or money. Floyd's or fw barber shop is a little more expensive and longer waits, but totally worth it. Million dollar company should be able to afford a front desk attendant! read more

Good for haircuts - COLOR NEVER AGAIN !!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE. This was my 2nd visit to a supercuts - I went to Lovers Lane location in Dallas - got haircut - excellent! The stylist told me they do color; no time that day. I decided to call Fort Worth 7th St location- about color pricing. If good pricing - I would try. I told girl on phone .... need body; want all over dark color with limited number chunk highlights on top layer - rest all over color. Hair currently has highlights but has become blended. She asked if it would be highlights and low lights. I said if that is what you call it - 2 colors total with all hairs getting color - dark all over & lighter for highlights. I told her I just got haircut at a supercut location in Dallas. Told her have fine hair texture, not dense volume, blunt cut just a little longer than shoulder length. I asked her how much this would cost. She said between $65 & $85. Told her that would work. I made appointment. The 3 stylists there LaTonya, Sam, & Ruby were all really great ... so funny & super welcoming. I told them I would enjoy coming back here -- this was an "everyone's kind of place." Ruby showed me color charts - we chose colors. I told her I only wanted highlights on top layer (Fine hair & said I wanted chunk highlights - does not require dozens of foils)-remainder all over dark base color. She put foils in and put dark color on what was left. Turned out nice - she said highlights would lighten up. I was pleased!!!! Then we went to cash register where she promptly told me it was $125. That was not what I expected. She saw my positive attitude change. I said I was told $65-85 when I made the appointment. I was very clear both on the phone and when I walked in. I told her I would not come to a SUPERCUTS for that price. I would stick to where I previously had been; equal quality, similar pricing as phone quote, but a bit further away. The price charged was clearly not in sync with the price I got on the phone - it was not a little off it was way more. I asked her if she could reduce price this one time -- she said no. Customers do not set pricing; but this stylist had the opportunity to keep me as a customer. She offered nothing - said the person on phone does not set her pricing. My initial impression was not the same as I walked out. SUPERCUTS is not a premiere salon. It is a place people go for a better deal. What's worse, the color should have been this one time for $85 tops! Not good business practice!!!!!! I will go to Lovers Lane location for haircuts but that is all !!! I am not a cheapskate but I want to know how much it will cost. I was given a price range. The walk out price was a far cry more $$$ DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE. read more

I came here since my regular salon was closed. I asked for a fade and to leave two inches length of hair on top of my head. However, my stylist (forgot her name but she was an older lady) thinned out my hair, clipped away at the sides of my head all the way with a number 2 guard, and left ONLY HALF AN INCH on top of my head!!! Even after I confirmed the length I wanted and showed her with my hands. I now have bald patches all over, so it's pretty clear that I am never returning here. read more

Not happy with my haircut at all. I believe a woman named Stefanie cut my hair. The fade was going okay and then I ask her to trim the front of my hair just a little bit. She then cuts more than half off and so now the front and back are uneven. Like a little trim is not more than half! So now I have to wait for it to grow back to where I wanted it. Then when I get home, I realize the sides are not faded evenly and not even on each side in general. Also on the top sides, she cut unevenly. One side's length is probably at a 5 while the other is at 2. In general, it felt like she was rushing and not taking her time. My haircuts usually aren't long but you can just tell when someone is rushing and doesn't care. Might I add it wasn't busy. Nobody was in line waiting or anything. I realize you can go back and ask them to fix it but it's already short enough. I imagine it'll only get worse if they try to 'fix' it. I definitely won't be going back to her or this location.
