Looked up first prices and said not a lot of hair easy cut $15 to $18. I needed a light trim and my hair is less than 1/4 inch all around. Charged me $29.95. They will never see me again and I would not recommend them. No wonder the store was empty read more

I've been going to Stanley for years, and he's the greatest! He always does a great job, and everyone I've recommended him to has raved about his work. read more

I haven't had time to go to Delray to see my usual stylist, so I stopped in here for a quick trim. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had a great experience! I checked in and requested whoever was first available for a cut. Brett dry-cut my hair perfectly, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to come by for a trim. I will plan to come back in between visits to my normal salon! read more

I went to supercuts and they ruined my hair, especially a Latina from there called Maria, she doesn't know how to cut men's hair well, she personally did it to me very badly, she even treated me badly read more

Horrible experience with Anne. I asked for shoulder length with long layers. I repeated this to her several times. I didn't want a shampoo, but I was surprised that she didn't wet my hair, even though there was a spray bottle marked H2O right on the counter. I have never been to a salon where they cut hair dry, especially curly hair. She kept cutting my hair too long, and asking if it was ok. It was several inches down my back. I repeated, several more times, "to my shoulders." She got the length right, after several tries. Then another customer came in, who seemed like a regular. She said she would be right with him, and said we were done. I offered to wait for the other stylist, if she wanted to take him, but she said no. Honestly, I wanted to go to the other stylist, once I realized that Anne was not listening to me, at all. I asked about the layers. She said, "You wanted layers?" I pointed out to her that I had told her several times that I wanted layers. She made a few small cuts at the bottom of my hair then, again, said that we were done. She seemed like she just didn't want to cut my hair, and was not friendly at all. If she didn't want to cut my hair, she could have said so, and I would have waited for the other stylist. She didn't need to do a half-assed job. My hair is uneven, and not what I asked for. I wasn't expecting a $200. haircut, but come on! I will have to go somewhere else to have this fixed. read more

Worst experience. I called first and they told me to come in. When I got there the 2 hairdressers were with customers. They did not address. They did not greet me. It was a as if I was invisible. I waited 10 minutes then I walked out. It's the worst feeling when you come into place and it's as if you're not even there. read more

This Supercuts is clean and followed CDC guidelines through out the whole pandemic. Even prior to last year I came here and always a clean place of business. Every time I come in, I'm greeted and welcomed. I rarely have to wait and if I do. I love listening to the conversations happening. I feel like I'm in a classy salon. Not all Supercuts are the same but I've never had a bad haircut from a Supercuts hairstylist. Andy, cut my hair today and I'm shook!!! Looks so good. I can stop taking pics. For Men, Women, and Kids. If you need an affordable haircut and outstanding service walk-in today! read more

Doris is amazing , she knows just what I need and does a fabulous job. She's experienced pleasure to be her client

Bretton did an amazing job! I'll be honest, I felt I was rolling the dice since I have long women's hair! Bretton impressed me with his incredible positive energy and talent. He did a very professional job in a very short amount of time! I look forward to my next haircut. 5 stars all the way! read more

Saw Doris on a lovely Monday morning. Barely a wait. She asked me what I'd like and I said a simple haircut (most stylists end up giving me some crazy package or way more cut off than wanted) but she was very understanding and even showed me how much she took off which was perfect a 1/2 inch (truly, not an inch which is minimum some stylists do for some reason regardless of ask) Super reasonable pricing and great service. Cant beat it. Also she is soooo kind and quick because she knows what she's doing. Thank you so much Doris I'll definitely be back :) read more

I happen to love Supercuts. I go to them all the time. The staff is super nice smart and they take their time to cut your hair the way you want. I've gone to several Boca Raton Fl locations. They have coupons and always before you leave they give you a warm towel. Get their and get cut!! read more

I was waiting to pay my bill. When the short black haired owner or manager. Let her clients jump the line to pay their hair cut before the others waiting. Her staff apologized to me and the rest of the line for her rude behavior. I expressed how rude it is to treat other customers like this. She stuck up her nose and joked with her next client. Super rude not super cuts. Manage your managers read more

I walked in, filled out the info on the terminal and was told "8 minutes". Well, 45 minutes later I was still waiting and just gave up...the staff appears to be dis-organized and doesn't care much...the "manager" was in the back 40% of the time even with 3-4 customers waiting at all times... they just seemed lackadaisical. read more

I used to be a big fan of Supercuts. Cheap, no wait, and simple. I have very simple hair needs and I have no problem telling them how to do it the way I like. But I'm falling a bit less in love with Supercuts. Barely 15 minutes for a $16 cut, plus a $2 tip. That's not cheap. read more

I bring my four-year old son in regularly to see Doris and she is amazing--she does a better/more stylish cut for him than expensive salons I have tried in the past. Not to mention, Doris is SO great with him--he's not the easiest to give a haircut to since he's afraid of the clippers but she's so nice and gentle with him that he is now starting to enjoy going in to see her. We really hope Doris is still at this location when it reopens!! read more

Don't make an appointment here because they will miraculously lose it! Even though I called 3 days ahead. Find somewhere else!

Brett was friendly, quick and gave me a great cut! Define Katy recommend going to him for a men's haircut.

The best Jaír cut experience ever! Niki is amazing, she listens and makes you feel comfortable. She has great conversational skills and is honest, which is important in someone that can shape the way you look at yourself every morning. I'll be coming back to see her in the future. read more

If Zero was an option that'd be my rating. Yeah it's a twenty dollar haircut but this stylist chopped off years of my hair in a matter of minutes. My hair was long flowing to now an uneven shoulder length when asked for a trim! I paid and even tipped him not realizing how bad it was till I got home.... now I have to adjust to a drastic unintentional cut - I'm going to another senior stylist to try to fix this - hello 2020 it's been crazy! read more

Tried to get my sons hair cut here today and they refused to let me in without him having a mask on. Well he's only 2 and refused to wear a mask like ANY baby would. Very inconvenient and wasted trip for nothing. I'm not sure what they want me to do since he's a baby. Won't be coming here ever. It is already hard to get out of the house with a young one. Doris was amazing! She did a great job of understanding my vision on my first appointment. She already knew to trim my hair to match my hair type (more blunt for very very straight hair), when I requested it! When I wanted to cut more off after she had done most of my head she was understanding. My hair looks amazing and I would definitely visit Doris again when I am back in town! read more

It usually takes me a while to find a hair stylist that I feel comfortable with, and when I find that person, I'm usually a customer for life. I had just moved back to Florida and was desperate for a cut. Supercuts was the closest that showed up on Google. So hesitantly, I walked in. I was greeted warmly by a gentleman named Brett. I explained what was up with my crazy head and my interests.....and within minutes I was immediately at ease! I let go of my fears as Brett worked away with his magic fingers and scissors. He gave me an awesome haircut! Its been 3 years now since that first cut, and I'm still a loyal customer. With Brett, I had found my personal hair stylist and a good friend. He is professional, skilled, friendly, and a good listener. I highly recommend him. read more
