I made an appointment and had a fantastic experience with Lisa. She took the time to really understand what I wanted my hair to look like and melded that with her knowledge of my hair type, and we achieved an outstanding result. She also gave me styling tips to keep it looking great. Funny, but somehow all of these years, no one told me how to best style my hair! This is the best my hair has looked in years. So, it was a free trial and I was so pleased, I will be going back to Lisa for as long as she's doing hair.

Never asked for anything more than a plain old blowout. Not wanting to make waves I said nothing. Through the entire procedure she tried to upsell me on this and that - a haircut, various products. I said no thank you. When she rang me up I was charged $44 instead of the listed price for a blowout $30 (and what I've always paid at my regular Hair Cuttery). So for deluxe I paid $14 more. Not a thing was done that was deluxe or special. And it was a horrible blowout. When I got out to the car, my partner said: I thought you were getting your hair blown out. Plus, I can usually get a few days out of a blowout. Today, day 2, my hair is a mess. I'm feeling very ripped off.
