My service was amazing & have been hooked ever since! Brittany is a true professional but is also very personable and kind, which put me at ease right away. The room was clean and calming. She asked me some questions but my skin and my regime so that she could choose which products would serve me best. I let her know that my goal was relaxing more than anything else. Brittany matched my energy right away, (if I wanted to chat, she would do so but if I wanted to be silent, she also obliged). Her movements were consistent, symmetrical, repetitive & triggered all of the touch points to help me relax & enjoy my time. She checked in occasionally to make sure that i was still comfortable. I was trying to establish a relationship with a stylist and have been going about 8 months and adjusting what went wrong each time hoping to get it right. Once, layers when I didn't want them in my bob and had to grow out. Next, side longer in the back then front when I wanted it even around the perimeter and finally the undercut can be seen in the back. My last appointment was double booked with a color client and the experience felt rushed and not the results or experience wanted. I casually mentioned to receptionist if it was possible to be scheduled when my stylist wasn't doing color like previous appointments but it was no big deal if she couldn't. I received an email shortly after being told by the stylist/owner she would no longer provide services because her scheduling practices weren't what I wanted. The receptionist obviously said something to her and instead of discussing it with me made a unilateral decision. this is an extreme and unprofessional reaction and no way would I give another stylist here my money or trust with my hair. so she lost a client and so did her salon. I was looking for another stylist after crying over the last cut. I understand her right not to accommodate my request, which I never really made. It was a question about the possibility. I asked for a phone call but never got one. I also have a right as to what experience I want, because I am paying for your time. This salon values volume, money, not client experience, building a relationship or valuing the client. I regret investing my time and money here.

The salon has a number of specialty gift type items like jewelry and accessories, in addition to several walls of hair care and beauty products. There is a small children's play area and the clientele seemed to vary in age. My mom is elderly and definitely a hair challenge. However in about an hour or so her long time stylist, Penny, had her hair colored cut and styed and a bit of waxing. It all looked fabulous! The cost however, was half what I pay for a similar service in a higher end salon. I think Penny has the skill to command higher prices, but it may be the customer base does not allow for that. I can also attest that the cut and style my mom receives is well maintained until the next visit. I imagine this is the case for others receiving their hair care services here.

I was rushed, and my hair was destroyed. Marcy combed through my coarse hair with a thin comb, and pretty much broke every single strand of my hair. She gave me a migraine with how aggressively she ripped through my hair. Their straightening iron looks like it is from 1920 and it is all brown, which also contributed to destroying my hair. When I called to complain, the owner, Cindy was extremely rude and hung up on me. Unless you are over the age of 65, they will treat you like you are a complete piece of trash, rush, you out, destroy your hair and then be rude to you on top of it. I am so sorry that I inconvenienced you by making an appointment, showing up on time and paying my bill. How rude of me.
