Haley is absolutely amazing. She takes her time, is friendly, patient, kind and my twins boys who are three look forward to going to get their haircuts by her. They always look so good after. We usually book our appointments on Saturday afternoons and this is the third time that we have noticed the other stylist leave with a full room of customer's waiting to get their haircut. I believe her name is Amber, and would not recommend going there after 3pm if you don't want to wait. Haley is wonderful and for that, 5 stars! We will always come back. Maybe this is something management should take a look at, as people often leave when they see one person and the wait. It is very unprofessional. read more

I went to Derby Supercuts today for a color because I was happy with their styling and cuts prior to April 3 2024. I went to have color and foiling to keep my platinum color with dark roots. I left with dingy, dirty hair color despite their efforts to fix my hair. I was there from 9:39 till almost three. When I left, I wanted to cry. I hate my hair, and I obviously realized, they just don't have the capacity for good coloring. If you want great color do not go there. I hate my hair and it's texture. I feel sick!! read more

While I cannot speak for everyone who works here but I recently had a horrible experience here. It was my first time switching it up from a regular barber shop since they were booked for the day and needed a cut on the spot. After my first cut the stylist said that she needed to "fix my hair" went with a shirt on the sides while letting the top rest over the cut. This is what I was left with. I had to call back and demand that I come back in and have them fix what I did. 2 visits for a mediocre at best haircut. Probably would've done better cutting it myself read more

William........I was not surprised at your comment! I stopped in there for a much-needed hair cut about 2 months ago. Wasn't expecting much but I ALSO had a hair cut by Amber. Been going to salons galore for many MANY years......this young lady is magical with with a pair of scissors! BEST haircut I've ever had and I mean this sincerely. Will going back this week for a trim and to tell her how great my hair has been to manage! I hope she stays at this salon. It's close to my home. Making an appointment is just a waste of time. A 1:15 appointment may (or may not) been honored around 1:45 or so. This is the second time I've had to leave after having waited for thirty minutes past my scheduled time. They need a manager that knows how to run a salon. read more
