For clarification , I saw a young girl (Krystal?) who seemed to be in training, SUPERVISED by a red…read morehaired lady who seemed to be the manager/owner. They both worked on my hair. They both told me how good my hair looked as I stared in horror at my grayish brown with black strands hair instead of the blonde I asked for. I left before they even dried it. I cried all the way home. I lost over 60% of my hair and almost went bald. My once healthy hair has been a mess for over 6 months now. If someone isn't yet qualified to work on people's hair, here's an idea - get them a mannequin to work on instead of letting them ruin people's hair and appearance. Still super mad. This was a GIFT from my husband for our anniversary and $250 later, my gift turned into a very very long NIGHTMARE.

I've gone to Carolina almost 3 years - So I followed her over to this salon when she made the move…read more She's great and is semi-new to the TMH salon. Not new, however, to doing hair! She's fabulous with blonde highlights, balayage, lived-in-blonde, root smudge, and she got me to fall in love with Brazilian Blowouts!! They take my hair from meh to WOW! Carolina is wonderful at cutting hair, coloring hair, and everything in between. The salon is super laid back and right next to SmallCakes! (Perk!) But on top of being a very nice salon, they also have a coffee bar, and/or water, sodas, and on those longer appointments- Truly seltzers or a couple different wines for customers of age. Always a great experience, great salon, and I definitely recommend booking with Carolina!! She's not in a rush, can usually get me in within a week, and may be a teeny bit slower than the next stylist, but her attention to detail makes up for it!

Melissa has been the worst experience I have had in years of haircuts, from her unprofessionalism…read moreand unwillingness to understand to her lack of hesitation. I had shown an image and was clear on how I wanted layers. First, she hadn't checked if my part was even, which even the most amateur hair stylist knows to do. Second, she cut my long, thick hair that had taken years to grow without asking and completely ignored what I wanted. When it was clear this was not what I had asked for and I was upset, she barely responded and showed no remorse. Melissa has cut my mother's hair in the past as well, and she had cut off hair that had taken years to grow without hesitation or even trying to understand what she wanted, but we only realized it was her afterward. .

My hair ended up with noticeable red/orange stains, and the quality of the products used seemed extremely poor. After the service, my hair felt severely damaged, dry, and brittle from the chemicals. Despite the obvious damage and incorrect color result, the salon refused to offer any refund or solution. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality hair coloring or professional customer service.
