It doesn't matter what colour you want, they can do it, and your hair will be left un-fried, too. I went straight from purple to teal, and while the process was long and gruelling, my hair was totally fine at the end of it. Colinne knows what she's doing. Her staff are all lovely, the salon is bright and a totally friendly place to be. New places and new people are not my favourite things, having social anxiety, but I feel fine here. It's an Aveda salon, so you know he products and colours are top notch, and their environmental certification is off the charts. I think they even recycle hair clippings! I don't have to drive all the way to Fort Saskatchewan to get my hair done, but when you find quality, you travel to get it.

I called in, and asked for an appointment as soon as possible; I was given an appointment the next day, and then called again and had my appointment bumped up to that evening due to a cancellation. Which, considering how desperate I was? That alone was nice. My stylist, Christina, took excellent care of me and my hair. She expressed her concerns with bleaching the entire thing, and rather than take the chance simply bleached the rest. It turned out lovely, and didn't completely damage my hair either. I would go back; they're friendly, clean, and the staff is talented and warm. As well, it was well within my budget! All-around a good experience.

I have to appreciate that they have beautiful circular mirrors at the stations. Because nothing is more unflattering than those typical full length mirrors that you find at most salons.
