Oh where do I start? My daughter and I went in on a very quiet Saturday afternoon. There was not one other customer in the showroom and this would be the first time my daughter would be making a window covering purchase. The person who approached us asked what her budget was and she said $500 not knowing where this was going to take her and the demeanor on the sales rep turned condescending and snooty. It's difficult to articulate the unapproachable aura someone can give off without attacking their appearance and that is not my point it's simply inexcusable to be in this line of work if you seem not to like people. This is what this establishment gives off. To me as a consumer I would have expected the sales rep to have at least offered the basic product and a price whereby my daughter could start from. As it turned out my daughter knew her budget would have to be higher and made her own decision to do 2 windows rather than three. But the sales rep offered nothing to boost any form of confidence in making a decision to go forward with this project. I on the other hand was so fed up with this rep's snooty stance that I could barely keep my thoughts to myself and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. In the same showroom another rep was on the phone and judging by the tone of her voice she was not being at all professional to what appeared to be a client. The third rep was deeply involved in her ipad and neither looked up to greet us the entire time we were in the room. Overall first impression was terrible. We left and on the car ride to the next showroom we tore this establishment apart disbelieving the experience we had just been through. We ended up going to 1500 Portage Avenue and we were met with the polar opposite experience, my daughter was offered all the information she needed to make an informed decision. That said she is also getting quotes from 2 other businesses as well. Never will we step into Super Blinds again. This wasn't my first time with them either. My husband and I ordered a part from them and never heard from them again. We eventually went out and found it ourselves. How do places like this stay in business is beyond me. To the rep whose body language insinuated we wasted your time your attitude was frankly the catalyst that propelled us to write this review, we will never recommend this business to anyone and we have found other establishments much more deserving. read more
