Superb Video I'd sat is far from 'superb'. I would probably renamed it "Mediocre Video." It used to be that you'd hit the Wisconsin border to find a variety of porn shops to choose from. Not so much anymore--thanks to the comforts and privacy of our home's Internet connection. So I gotta start by giving SV some credit for still existing. But what does Superb Video contain, you ask?? Well in a nut-shell: -An extremely disappointing lubricant selection (definitely not gay friendly options and I couldn't find anything but water-based lubes; Where's the silicone lube?!?!) -A room in back has five or so rooms with small out-of-date TVs that take tokens to play a limited choice of porn categories or fetishes (.25 cents for 30 seconds--no joke!). Why there's a sign that reads: "No bodily fluids" is beyond me. What? Are you just going to watch the videos as an art?? Boring! -A huuuuge selection of dildos and vibrators. If this is what you're looking for, cum here. (Plus reasonable prices to compete with the online market). -A fairly large selection of porno that takes up an entire room. -Great options for bachelorette parties (most likely SV's #1 money maker). Superb Video is a quant little porn shop just off of the express way. If you drive by it at night it has neon red lights, which in my opinion makes it look like the whore house from Beetlejuice (HIGH FIVE!). Now as far as porn shops goes it's not that impressive, and it's about average at best. But then why would I give it four stars? Because it's the only porn shop that's also a head shop. And you can't get that sort of convience very often. I do remember a head shop that did have some porn. But never a full porno store, plus head shop. That's just amazing. I wasted 40 minutes driving there at 2am on Xmas morning, because the man I had spoken on the phone with had assured me they had a large selection of butane torches. I had also specifically asked if they had Newport brand torches and he said yes. When I had arrived, there's was nothing but two torches. I asked about the Newport brand torches he said they had, and he rudely replied with "we have Newport butane, not torches." I was beyond offended. On Christmas morning I wasted a total of 80 minutes driving there and back to only find out I had been lied to, and that I was going to be treated with disrespect! Superb video is a rip off!! My boyfriend and I bought an adult toy there. (I didn't have my ID on my at the time so he just got to go in) When he returned to the vehicle I immediately opened the toy to make sure it worked......it didn't. He immediately walked back into the store to return it and they said NO RETURNS! Ok, whatever, we wanted one so he just exchanged it. Only when he was exchanging it he finds out they won't refund the sales tax....wtf!?!?!? Why should I pay tax on something I didn't buy!? The store itself could use a little updating. It is a very plain ambiance. If you go on the right days, the shelves are stocked. Most of the time however, the shelves could use a good stocking. I've been in there many times hearing "I'm sorry, we don't have that right now. Try back in a week or two." The people that work there are hit or miss. I noticed some unfamiliar faces last time I went in there. There's a really fat guy that works the night shift who is funny as hell. There was a taller guy with a long ponytail who was a dickhead, but I haven't seen him in a while. There was this red head girl who liked cherries.. She was always really helpful but she hasn't been there either. I have talked to the manager a few times- sometimes helpful, lots of times rude. Overall, the store is OKAY. It seems to be going to downhill though... seems like it could use new management and to keep the items stocked. Also- horrible selection of lingere.. go to Lovers Lane or even Spencers for that! read more
