Our first two cleans were pretty good - no major quality issues and very easy to schedule and add on services. After that, it was pretty much downhill. Terrible quality of cleaning and not a great system to address it. If you report an issue with your cleaning, Geaux Maids sends out the same cleaner with NO PAY to "re-clean" what they missed in your home. I am sure that is supposed to act as an incentive for them to do it correctly the first time but it results in a grumpy and underpaid person in your home. It was awkward and ineffective. I hope this company can make some changes and get it right - everything is great except for the actual cleaning.

They do charge a missed appointment fee which is fair, but the only time we had to reschedule at the last minute, it was waived because we rescheduled for later that week. Highly recommend!
