I am sure that is supposed to act as an incentive for them to do it correctly the first time but it results in a grumpy and underpaid person in your home. It was awkward and ineffective. We went through what I was looking for and she reassured me that there wasn't anything they couldn't or wouldn't do. She sent me an estimate and we went from there. We scheduled a day for us to meet up, since I had to drive 3 hours to meet them at the property in order to give them enough time to complete the task required.
