The wheels were not cleaned fully The tire shine was blotchy I still had debris through out my car with dust still in the back seat and carpet behind the passenger seat was messy There were water marks on my sun roof I tipped out the workers as usual but I honestly regret because of the lack of ethic , and having to retouch my car exterior AFTER paying 30 bucks for service, when I could have done it myself I do not reccomend this location . On the bright side , the cashier was nice , and I hope the owner tends on fixing this situation .

PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES…read more While the washing service itself is acceptable I suppose, I would highly advise against joining their membership service. The overall washes I experienced were not great, but not awful, but the main selling point was that I could 'join' their monthly membership and wash my car multiple times. Little did I know that they would begin charging my card before even 20 days passed. Alarmed, I sought to contact the business, and to my surprise no one was 'able to help' or wasn't even there at all. Their website adds to the suspicion, with no way to manage your membership unless through an online form that doesn't even work. After going through every useless avenue, the only way I was able to resolve the matter was by canceling my card and ordering a replacement. It's absurd to me how a business can prey on its consumers, and offer a mediocre service at best to its customers. I'd only wash my car here if I was desperate to use a vacuum, and I'd be a bigger fool to get a membership here.
