Can't go to soap, or rinse, or brush, it just blew water with little pressure at my truck. I WAS able to get the worst of the dirt off my tires and wheel wells, but that is all. The overall washes I experienced were not great, but not awful, but the main selling point was that I could 'join' their monthly membership and wash my car multiple times. Little did I know that they would begin charging my card before even 20 days passed. Alarmed, I sought to contact the business, and to my surprise no one was 'able to help' or wasn't even there at all. Their website adds to the suspicion, with no way to manage your membership unless through an online form that doesn't even work. After going through every useless avenue, the only way I was able to resolve the matter was by canceling my card and ordering a replacement. It's absurd to me how a business can prey on its consumers, and offer a mediocre service at best to its customers. I'd only wash my car here if I was desperate to use a vacuum, and I'd be a bigger fool to get a membership here.
