All I can say right now is WOW! My vinyl blinds are 26 years old and they look BRAND NEW! I called Rebecca to make an appointment and she was super friendly, she arrived when she said she would, and she brought them back when she said she would. Shes very pleasant to work with. I called several shops and one of her main competitors would have taken at least 2 weeks longer and twice the money. She was easy to communicate with on the phone and set up an appt that was convenient to me and went out of the way to be at her shop. She quoted a very reasonable price to fix a badly broken blind and then fixed them for about half her quoted price, because "it was really easy to fix." She was great from start to finish. read more
