Dentists are trained to clean around ortho. They should want the best care for their patients and they won't do the job if they have to work a little harder. My son saw them regularly twice per year and they didn't do X-rays for 18+ months. Had they done the X-rays yearly like most places, we wouldn't be in this position. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't hire this dentist if you need actual work. They'll only provide service for easy/lazy work. I removed my whole family and we'll be going somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time they told my son he needed a root canal. Referred us to a specialist. The specialist wanted to save the tooth since my son was young. This same dentist office refused to do the filling. The root canal specialist had to do my son's filling bc the dentist refused to do the work. I've never in my life hired a professional service and had them refuse to do their job! Not once, but twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! Dr Ski should go back to school or retire if he's not going to do work.

He asked the cost to have the tooth checked. They treated him like dirt. When he pulled out several insurance cards, the lady behind the desk rudely told him they didn't accept any of them. They offered him no solutions. When he left they talked about him in a negative manner. I wanted to offer to pay for his visit but had concerns about my own expense. I felt really bad for the man. Then, I was called back. Horrible experience with this dentist. I had never used this dental office before, and will never return! Dr. Hubbard was extremely rude, unprofessional, and talked down to me. I thought he was joking with his first rude comment. I actually laughed, but then the rudeness continued. I was sitting there in a very vulnerable position thinking, is this really happening? He didn't even tell me what my problem was. He gave me "my options". After he left the room, I told the dental assistant how rude he was. He came back in and said, " I'm sorry you thought I was rude to you." I replied, "I didn't think you were rude, you WERE rude." He continued to be condescending, and I continued to stand my ground. He finally said he wasn't going to charge me for my visit... even though I told him I would pay. Now another veneer broke off, I only had a piece of it to show him, but yet again he made a crown that fits and blends so wonderful. Bobbie and Laura are always around to assist. They are very kind and helpful. Nichelle did a great job on my dental cleaning. Dr. Doshier and his staff are amazing !!!​
