I work in Old Sacramento, i have walked by this place admiring their jewelry but i never have the time to stop by, but this time i got to work a little early and decided to stop by, a really kind employee greeted me she was so sweet she immediately gave me some ring sizers and i found my size so fast, she helped me browse around she even showed me some of her favorites. They have so many different kinds of rings bracelets and necklaces i am a huge turtle fan so when i spotted this ring it was over i made my choice and committed im so glad i did it's super cute. The cost was not bad at all and it goes by weight, i already have my eye on some other rings i will be back for sure if you love silver stop by. read more

Visited December 17th. It is located at the old waterfront Sacramento ( around the corner is the Firehouse restaurant). We wanted to show our support after they were robbed December 14th and took a huge hit. It was all over the news and very sad that the Grinch stole alot of their merchandise. They still have plenty to choose from and the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable! Great place for Christmas gifts! Give them a try! read more

I've been coming here for years, I'm mix, Vietnamese, Hispanic & Native American. In my 6 years coming here, meeting each worker, manger etc. I have never ever experienced racism or any form of hate from these wonderful people. Their selection is one of the most extensive & affordable I've seen in Sacramento generally. They run deals as often as you come in including early bird specials. I've only had one negative experience and that was from some bigot live streaming hate outside their establishment. I will always and only come to super silver. Ps. Times changed 2/9/26 (11am-730pm) read more

I bought a ring and a week later the little rhinestone came off. I took it in and they said all they could do was glue it back on. Went ahead with it and never heard back. Had to go in and ask about it and their excuse was that they have been short staffed and haven't been able to get to it (it had been 5 weeks). Finally 3 days after going in they call me saying it's ready. I go pick it up the following day and was charged for the repair! Super disappointed in service and quality. Don't spend your money here. read more

The owner is rude, unprofessional, and provides terrible customer service. She refuses to take accountability for her mistakes and lies to cover them up. I'm done. read more

I just want to say the service was outstanding. We came in on the weekend looking for some earrings and the staff really recommended some amazing pieces. Thank you so much for your service! We will definitely be back! read more

My wife and I were very excited to come to Super Silver after my friend recommended it to us. We were so disappointed! Nothing is priced and when we asked what the range of prices was the man behind the counter was incredibly rude and kept saying it depends on the ring (which I understand). I asked him how much a 4g ring and kept repeating that he didn't know because it depends on the weight. No matter how I asked he wouldn't even explain the pricing beyond "it depends". I tried asking him where different sizes were and he just pointed at the labels and wasn't helpful. Overall my wife and I agreed he was just rude! I have no clue if the rings were a good price because we were a little scared to ask him another question. I will add that there was a very nice employee behind the necklace counter! She was very sweet and helpful, unlike the guy doing rings. The rings themselves looked fine but we did ultimately leave empty handed because we didn't want to have to deal with him! Maybe we'll try our luck later and hopefully he won't be working then. read more

This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a beautiful piece of silver jewelry this is a good place to go. I've purchased many pieces from them and I love every one of them. They have gotten better at keeping their pieces clean, but if you do buy a piece from them here's the best way to clean it. Place it in a bot of boiling water lined with aluminum foil. You want the jewelry to lay on the dull/satin side of the foil, not the shiny side so make sure you flip the foil the right way when you line the pot. Next add your jewelry and some baking soda and agitate the jewelry gently. The tarnish will move from the more expensive metal to the cheaper aluminum metal foil. read more

Absolutely horrible! I got a ring and the stone feel off! I read on the receipt that if the stone falls off I can't get an exchange so what I did was super glue it and went back to exchange it. I got the same ring, loved it. Then 3 weeks later a stone falls out AGAIN!!! This place is a trap!! Also they advertise as sterling silver but it's not!! The ring is peeling and it's getting black!! What a lie! And they will charge you 40$. They always have the sales that's what draws people in. Good service, very nice girls. But very bad quality. Go to macys. A girl also told me " if the ring turns different colors don't worry it's because you're on your period" what a joke!! ITS JUST FAKE SHIT! read more

I've been here twice and the first time was a very welcoming experience where I left with 3 rings; 2 of which I still wear daily. However, my experience today was pretty off putting. I've been wanting a rose quartz ring, or something within that realm for a while now. Pink is one of my favorite colors and today I happened to be wearing a pink top & shoes. Also worth noting that I have a floral sleeve on my arm that is primarily variations of pink.. the first ring I try on was a pink stone ring and I actually really liked it! But before I could even get words out, an employee rudely exclaims that pink does NOT look good on me as my skin tone has too many pink undertones and continued going on about how the ring gets washed out by my skin tone and that I should look at something else. I was a bit taken aback at first and tried to just move on, but she proceeded handing me other options not at all along the lines of what I was looking for, let alone something I'd wear. After a few pushy try ons, I finally stopped her and told her that I specifically came for a pink ring since that's what *I* like even if it isn't what she liked. After that statement, she completely stopped helping me and walked away. Thankfully a very kind new hire took over and was able to help me find something I liked, even if it happened to not be what I was looking for. After this experience, I probably won't return. I could go literally anywhere else and receive better customer service than I was given today and not leave feeling like I just got insulted. read more

I had a ring that I picked out for my husband and it was to small . I contacted Customer service and they responded right away . They had helped me before as well with purchasing a different ring and they were just as helpful. I love the quality of the silver n the men's options are amazing. My husband n I r big into silver I grabbed him another ring as well . I definitely will be back from gift shopping they r amazing n I highly recommend them read more

Lost a favorite silver ring last year. Had it a long time & needed to get something to replace it. Bought two rings here. One with a stone. Was happy when I bought it but not now. The super thin stone recently broke into three pieces. I paid about $250 for the two rings. Will never buy anything here ever. Plus after buying the ring with stone, saw that it had 2 rough unpolished areas on it. Just went online & got some rings from overseas. Prices were great. This place is too pricey for what you're getting. Beware. And look at the stone close up, and make sure it's not a crap thin stone. Not happy. read more

Been going here for years. It's always tempting since everything is sooo cute, but NOT worth it. The sale is always on and has been advertised as "on sale" but really just over priced making the customer think they're getting a great deal. The workers are snobby and rude and are clearly working based off of commission. They're super quick to disregard you if you don't seem interested in the item. Stones are loose and fall out. Really cheap quality of silver work and stones. Go to Rock mama on Power Inn rd, so much better selection and quality. read more

Best store to ever find and on accident to. Walked in to ask a question and when I turned I saw the beautiful rings, pendants, and everything else. Bought 4 rings in total. The first 3 rings were for me and I got 50% off plus an additional percentage off since I bought more than 2 rings. I got my sister a mermaid ring and they decided to also give me a small percentage off due to maybe me being nice or that I was buying another ring. Loved the store and the people helping me out. August 2nd. August 7th. Today I decided to go back to switch out a ring I wasn't such a fan of. Lucky for me I was able to switch it out and they figured everything out. I got a new ring and while they were fixing my issue I was looking around and got a pendent. I was in love with it and now I'm just thinking they got a extra sale out of me since they treated me so well and it was just a pendent I was looking for. read more

The 2 times we have come in, the sales associates has been friendly, helpful and patient. Love this place!!!! was just passing through on a tour bus and walked in to check it out. The entire staff was friendly helpful and professional, dropped $1,000.00 and my husband and left with everything we wanted and more. Love the place, their jewelry selection, the quality, reasonable prices and their friendliness and willing to help attitude! This place is simply the best. Considerate, patient and friendly. They helped me find a piece of jewelry that I lost and took time to check back stock and send me pictures of replacements. Best place for solid silver gemstone rings! I have many rings from here and will continue to support. Great prices!!

First of all, it's telling that the negative reviews except from that of a thief are mostly 5 years old. Super Silver Sacramento is my go to for literally every piece of jewelry I own. As a Sacramento local it's important to me to buy local. I'm familiar with the owner and the entire staff, there is not a group of people I trust more to know my style more than the current crew at Super Silver Sacramento. Everytine they get new stock, which is almost every week, one of them suggests something new for me to fall in love with. They have an excellent and growing selection of necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, stones, body jewelry and fun little animal stones, one of which I swear is a Bison. The "tall girl with tattoos and short hair", is an excellent worker who has made every sale I've seen her start. She has excellent advice and taste. She's always been nice to me and has made me feel welcome every time I set foot in the store. Keala(Kayla?) Is a good manager who keeps things moving and has the best energy in the store. She's always encouraging, friendly and so sweet to me and my partner every time we come in. Kiki has me dialed in. She can and does tell me every ring she thinks I'd like and I always do. She's helpful and intuitive, she knows exactly what to do and say. She also has a super infectious laugh. Megan is always nice to talk to and has a great sense of humor. She always has a hand in improving my experience when she's there. Mary is so cute when she talks about her construction crush oh my gods I hope they get together. She always greets me with a smile and wave and is appropriately silly, a quality I enjoy. Kye is smart and appropriate, he asked me about a bracelet I made, and I plan to make one for him. Maddie(Maddy?), how do I start about Maddie? She's so unapologetically Maddie it's wonderful her energy never stops and spreads joy. She always makes me laugh and smile which is welcome every time. Alec is suave and fun. He has a great eye for things he thinks I'd like and always asks me how my day is going, which makes me feel welcomed. Suffice to say, I love this crew, I come here every weekend and will continue to spend my money here. It's an amazing establishment. read more

Was here not too long ago, don't really care about neutral customer service, but when it's bad it's bad. This place is great, just needs better service, I understand if your earning commission through sales but it doesn't require you to put on a whole act just to immediately drop it because someone won't buy a ring. The right employee with an organic attitude would be perfect here. By organic I mean natural, just treat me like a human. read more

I think maybe I was just confused by their covid hours last time I came. Came back earlier by around 2pm today, the girl was very nice. Seemed as excited to help me as I was to buy, even convinced me into getting a little silver leaf ring that matched hers. I spent well over $100 at the store and then went home and decided I wanted more so I headed online LOL thanks for the bling! read more

Wandered in here and found the perfect set of silver earrings for myself! The only thing I would suggest to make the experience better would be to have more salespeople. Maddy was a great help today. We went in looking for necklaces and wedding rings. She help us find the right necklaces to go with the precious pendants we had that had very sentimental values to us. She was patient and kind while we looked for what was needed. She went out of her way to help us pick the perfect rings we needed. We truly recommend this place for your Silver jewelry. They have a large selection and very friendly staff. Please check them out when your in Old Sacramento. read more

Went in last month in hopes of having a better experience at the supersilver in this location then the last one. I'm sad to say that the same sales associate that faulsly accused me of stealing at the Roseville location was actually at this location as well. She immideatly approached me with an extremely aggressive and attacking tone of voice. She was demanding to know my name and once again left me so offended that I left empty handed. Just a terrible all over experience. I've never been more dissapointed from any one sales associate in my whole life. It was extremely inappropriate behavior. read more

My family has been buying jewelry here for about two years. We have easily spent $1500 since first going in. In the last 6 months three rings we have purchased have either had the stone fall out or the ring snap. Brought them in today to see about a fix or exchange. They were unhelpful and indifferent. Said there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service. Don't buy here. There are other shops in the area. The jewelry sold here is cheap and not worth the "savings" they advertise. read more

Super Silver Sacramento - Ring on the left snapped. Ring on the right, the stone fell out. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. - Jewelry Near Me - Sacramento, California

This place is decent overall I've bought multiple items from them. At first I was very satisfied with the customer service and overall quality in the items. I've bought 3-4 rings and a bracelet. In the past few months I've bought an "onyx" ring and a bone bracelet which were both stamped silver. The bracelet broke two weeks after I got it. A few days ago I was at a jewelry shop in San Diego looking for more silver. This business makes their own rings; when I showed him my rings he informed me the "onyx" ring super silver sold me was RESIN AND NOT A REAL STONE. I was incredibly infuriated considering the ring band had ALREADY BROKE, I payed a lot for a fake stone ring, and super silver confirmed to me it was a real stone. I would just like to inform anyone considering going to this establishment to be cautious and double check any jewelry with "stones" before purchasing. Also be careful with frail looking silver because it WILL break. read more

My dad and I have been going here for a while now and we came in today to get some more rings. Gabe was AMAZING and had great customer service. He was super patient with my dad (who has had a few strokes) and took time to help us find the perfect rings. After I got home I realized my ring wasn't as tight fitting as I had thought so I gave the store a call and Gabe answered right away. He found a size smaller and held onto it until I came back. He exchanged it, and made sure the new one fit, no hassle. We'll continue to be faithful customers and I'm glad we stopped by today! Thank you, Gabe! read more

I have been in this store many times but the last two times I have been there the customer service has been terrible. I wanted to purchase a mask and didn't have a dollar so I said just add it to the ring I was going to buy (Bc I already had the ring in mind) and then the girls looks and me a scoffed. It was disgusting behavior and I honestly do not recommend people coming here. The other time my card we declined Bc of a unknown charge but when I came back to get the rings the second time they were extremely awkward and rude to me. Made me not want to buy them.
