We had a 20 year warranty and so I made one and within five minutes received a denial saying that they saw no problem with sagging and that the stain made it unsanitary, you on the BOTTOM of the mattress which no one is supposed to sleep on! I am so disappointed and will never shop at this store again! I don't blame the store employees themselves, but the warranty department! I had no idea how many unsatisfied customers complaints have been written about the same issues.
