The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.
