Super Gutter did a beautiful job installing our new super gutter and downspots on the patio; however, if you also need an additional regular gutter installation, be wary of which subcontractor they use. ASK THEM! Super Gutters contracted South Florida Gutters to do the regular front of our townhome's gutter replacement. South Florida's foreman possessed poor communication skills, rescheduled installation several times, had a phone receptionist with a thick accent and poor command of speaking English, and had rude installers who did a shoddy job after waiting over 6 weeks for the installation. To add insult to injury, South Florida Gutters even missed installing THE most important gutter and downspout of all at the top roof level that feeds downward to another gutter on our two story townhouse. (This was specifically pointed out when receiving a quote from Super Gutters). It is interesting to note that the work order South Florida Gutters showed me had the wrong number address on it, when they showed it to me. Thus, I had to find another reputable gutter company to do what we actually needed to be done. Thank goodness my search led me to Jerry's Seamless Guttering. On Jerry's recommendations, the installation issues/omissions were finally rectified. If you need a good Super Gutter installed (a special gutter installation that is attached between the eave and pool screen enclosure), then I highly recommend Super Gutter and Screen for the job. However, make certain they DO NOT use South Florida Gutters for subcontracting any other gutter installation you need to have done. For your regular gutter installation, I recommend using Jerry's Seamless Guttering, Inc. They so are professional all around, deliver a superior product, AND speak English! read more

I hate to complain and put up such a negative post, so I'm thinking of this post as a community service announcement that will hopefully spare you from making our mistake using Super Gutter & Screen for your fence. TLDR Version: Climatrol / Super Gutter & Screen is a completely incompetent fence company that will try to overcharge you by hundreds or thousands of dollars for their mistakes and even install your fence in the wrong spot! Long Version: I contracted Climatrol / Super Gutter and Screen for our fence because they put in all of Pulte's fences and a few other neighbors' fences. I figured it would be easy, they knew the HOA and city rules and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. In fact, that is how their salesman pitched them as the best choice. The first problem was chasing them down for an updated quote after I wanted to extend my fence by a few feet. That took over 2 weeks with multiple calls and emails and it should have been my first clue to use a different company. The second problem came after Super Gutter submitted our permit paperwork to the city. I noticed on the city's online permit site that our permit was denied. I notified Supper Gutter and asked why. Mind you they should have been checking and pro-actively communicating the status with me, not the other way around. Super Gutter emailed me that it was because our survey was too old and it would "only" cost us $500 to get a new survey with their suggested provider. Our survey was a little over 6 months old! Super Gutter should have known to push back on the city that they were incorrect instead of telling us to spend $500 for a new survey we did not need. Luckily, I knew better and I told them to re-submit and point out the date on the survey. The permit was again denied because Super Gutter is incapable of communicating clearly. I wrote a one-page document describing the issue and why the city was wrong. I asked Supper Gutter to re-submit with this letter. The permit was finally approved. Because the city twice denied our permit, they charged us nearly $300 in penalty fees that would technically be passed on to us per our contract with Super Gutter. I was so angry about this that I went to the city permit office in person and requested the penalty fees be dropped. The city agreed to remove 1 of our 3 penalty fees. They noted the other 2 penalty fees ($175) were caused by Super Gutter submitting bad engineering paperwork. I told Super Gutter about the issue and that I would not pay for the $175 in penalty fees caused by their paperwork issues. They finally agreed after a week of my pressing. About a week ago it was finally time to install the fence. By the time I was able to go out to double-check the fence placement, it was installed in concrete in the wrong spot on every side! It was too close to our home by several inches on both sides. They also extended the fence 4 feet! beyond our property line into the HOA's property. They did not extend the fence far enough towards the front of the house on either side. After insisting multiple times, they finally sent a supervisor and he agreed the fence was in the wrong spot and would be fixed the next day. The supervisor was fantastic and had the fence moved the next day. He also had multiple deep scratches and damaged spots repaired the next week after I pointed them out. I shouldn't have had to inspect the fence for those quality issues, but at least they were addressed. Yesterday I finally received our final invoice and it was for around $1,100 above what I was expecting to pay. Of course, the 2 penalty fees were still included and the rest of the errors were $188 in suprise fees that we were never told about. The bulk of the error was a math error that I had to point out twice. After receiving a second erroneously high invoice, I finally just provided an Excel with the correct math for adding up the 4 numbers they were incapable of adding up. I can't believe how much time I wasted micromanaging this awful company and how much extra money (nearly $1,800!) I would have wasted if I hadn't carefully looked into everything they tried to charge me extra for. Save yourself this grief and don't even think about using this company. read more

Super Gutter removed my older screen enclosure and put a new open view enclosure. They did a wonderful job, and it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the great job. read more

Super Gutter & Screen - Gutter Services Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

Don't even think of calling anyone else. Jim, the owner beside being a wonderful man is an expert in this field. He came to our house within 24 hours of my call to help us with an older screen, he and his crew diagnoised the problem, redesigned our screen and saved the day. Without hesitation I would recommend Super Gutter and his team to anyone either looking for a new screen enclosure or for help with an existing one. read more

12-3-24 Contact Company for estimate. 12-4 Paola writes back asking for address, which I then provided back to her, and Paola writes back that Jim the lead estimator will call within a week to schedule. The lead estimator Jim never called. According to DBPR Jim is also the owner. When I queried as to why nobody called, nobody replied back. ‍ read more

Wow these people are fraudulent thieves! For 1, their communication is not up to par. It takes forever to for them to respond with you. Hired them to do my gutter and screen in patio. Quoted a price at the beginning of the work just for a bill to come in claiming I owed them an additional $800!! No notice to the price change throughout the project time. Disgusting behavior and the hold no remorse for how they run business. Will not be going back nor do I recommend unless you feel like getting overcharged and robbed blind! read more

We did not have a positive experience with this company. They did not return calls, did not show and did not have the curtesy to let us know they would not be coming. They removed a gutter that was not supposed to be replaced made numerous holes in our screens, some they would not admit they did. We are pleased with the gutter it is doing it's job. But it was overall an unpleasant business experience and we would would not use them again. read more

My screened porch was completely destroyed during last year's hurricane Irma by the fallen tree. After the insurance process was done (I received pitiful $900 for the replacement), I started to look for the contractor to take on the re-building my screen. I contacted 3 or 4 vendors, all four- or five- stars with Yelp to give me estimates. The Super Gutters were not the cheapest ones, but they were the fastest with the estimate and the only company agreeing on taking my project without waiting 6 to 9 month. It worth mentioning, that, if your property is a part of a condominium, it will make it so much slower and painful to get thru the process, especially if your board is as incompetent and hostile as mine (Whisper Walk Section B). I signed the contract with SGS in February 2018 and expected the whole project to take 2-3 months... It took 6 month. First, the board took their sweet time issuing the forms, required by the county (2 month wasted). Then, I had to order the surveillance to be completed by the 3-rd party, (another month down the drain), mercifully, SGS took care of that. Then SGS filed request for the permit to the Palm Beach county building department, and the permit process took another 2 month. Once the permit was issued, SGS built the screen in 2 days, from start to finish. The screen was very well built, much stronger and attractive than the original 1988 one it replaced. The county inspection approved it, no problems. SGS went an extra-mile fixing (replacing) the section of the gutter, damaged by the storm. Total cost was $4,800. I am very appreciative to Kim and Jim for their patience and professionalism. Good guys, trustworthy and diligent. read more

I have repeatedly tried to contact this company to let me know what the process of my application status is at the moment I always get the run around and I can never get a hold of anybody physically on the telephone you leave a message and they take their time if they get back to you I contacted Tamarac permit building department and they told me that they have sent the application back to super gutter, I have a really bad feeling that they are not what they advertise to be, gave Kim one week, then I'm going to report them, I do NOT recommend, Fred, you can contact me, I will give you my ## read more

I worked with Jim Baltuskonis from Superior Gutter & Screen three times over the last few years. Every time I was given great service from him, the staff and the installers. This last time I chose to replace my 1979 hip screen enclosure with a new one to code and more wind resistant. It took awhile for the city of Boca Raton to issue a building permit, but it was not because of the application. As soon as the permit was issued work was started. The screen enclosure was completed in 3 days. The installers were great. The quality of materials were second to none I've seen. It is a very solid enclosure. The city inspector even commented on the quality and the installation. I would highly recommend this company and work with Jim. Bill D. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their prices are ridiculously high and they don't break down cost item by item on the written quote. In addition, their contract has a whole back page outlining that the customer will have to pay for legal fees etc if things go wrong... they do this because they have had so many unhappy customers and have had issue after issue. Jim and Kim are con artists and I'm surprised they are still in business. RUN FAR AWAY! read more

This company is incredible! In less than 3 hours after we called them, a representative came out to give us an estimate, the repairmen came out to do the work, and the repairs were completed! Their price was very reasonable too. The other 2 companies we had called haven't even called us back yet! I would definitely recommend Super Gutter and Screen. read more

Super Gutter is more like "Super- Sloppy" and very unprofessional! When confronted with my complaints, they maintained it was "NOT THEIR JOB" to fix it. They use bait and switch invoicing to lure you in and then add on charges after they claim the job is finished. They do not return your calls or bother to come back to check the work that's been done. If you make the mistake of hiring these idiots, be sure to take before and after pictures, because they will lie to you and say, "but this is the way it was before" when it clearly was not. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! read more

I left a VM inquiring about gutter replacement. A man called me back asking if the gutters on my house were part of a screen enclosure. I replied they were not and before I had a chance to say anything further, the man responded in the most condescending tone that they do not replace stand alone gutters and they could not help me. Before I could say "thank you"... he simply hung up on me. The lack of customer service in Florida is truly appalling. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I have used them 3 times in the last 6 months and they never let me down. I had them put in a super gutter around my pool patio area . I called 3 other companies and none of them would do the job, but Kim and Jim assured me they could do it..and they did a great job!I had to have my house tented and they took down the screens and came out after and put up new screens for me. They show up on time! Kim, Jim and their team are professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!! read more
