In that respect this place is absolutely perfect for a get-in and get-out transaction. The staff is courteous and efficient, and gets you what you need. For the smaller crop of customers looking for something more particular, the Smokestack excels at providing a depth of beers and cigars. The owners are not only willing to talk beer (providing they're not helping with the hustle-and-bustle), but also provide excellent recommendations based on what you tell them. I've gotten plenty of great advice, without feeling pressured, hassled or upsold. The staff even seem to remember my patronage, and throw a few cigars or glasses my way to keep me coming back. For those in the Golden Triangle, look past the small size of the store and you'll realize this place deserves your business on the merits of their staff and work ethic. And when you look around and realize they're the only place for miles that'll carry what you actually want - you'll be happy they don't take you to the cleaners for doing so.
