They never offered to let me try it out or make sure it worked at all, didn't even seem very interested in helping me out. Went home, plugged it in, and it doesn't work. Couldn't make it back there within the "24 hour return policy" because they were closed the next day. Called on the next available day they were open and they refuse to give me a refund for selling me a broken item. For a pawn shop that obviously makes a lot of money based off their fancy store, this place is trash. Learn how to treat your customers better. I will never spend anymore money at you're store no matter how good of a deal you have. I will also never recommend anybody I know to go to your store. Poor management. Horrible staff. Horrible business antics.
