There is a much bigger selection of produce compared to Costco, however the prices tend to be on the higher side. Look out for specials and in-house products, such as meat and seafood. I highly recommend the fresh sausages for example, they come in a variety of flavors not just your plain "Italian" or "Honey Garlic". SO delicious and perfect for the BBQ. Also love the cheese selection, there are so many varieties, just like at a specialty fromagerie. The frozen food selection is probably the most disappointing part of the store- There really isn't much and all the boxes are plain, lacking signage and visuals so it's hard to sort through. I was looking for a big amount of frozen beef burger patties and didn't see any.
