Miguel the owner was super nice and kept up the good communication with us. He and his crew came over within a few days after we called him about the issues. He fixed most of the concerns and told us the wood naturally bend/bow and offered to replace most of them except minor ones which he screwed tight. The horizontal "staple" mark and the cuts on the surface of the wood which he told us that's from natural storage of the wood. Got several quotes for our backyard fence repair, Martin is the only one gave the quote the same time when he is looking at my fence. The price is competitive and after back and forth with our neighbor, we decided to contract with super builders for the fence replacement. The fence replacement is complicated, it includes removing and hauling the leaning concrete retaining part and the rotten fence on top of it, then building new presser treated retaining part and new redwood fence on top of it. Martin answered all my concerns in a kindly manner. Two days after signing the contract, 2 crew came over and start working on our fence project. They worked really hard to demo the 2 feet concrete and clean up all the debris in the first day, and even prepared for the post hole, super efficient. The second day they cleaned up the tree roots, broken sparking pipe, big rocks along the boundary line to prepare the fence installation. It is a hot day and they worked from 7:30am-4:30pm on that day to complete the project in 2 days. The new fence looks pretty nice, and really appreciate their amazing work! read more

We're extremely happy with the service super builders provided. We hired them to replace half of our back fence and our side house (total of 106 ft). I contacted 3 companies. All three came out and gave us quotes. The pricing for all 3 companies were almost identical but I decided to go with Super Builders because when Martin came over, he spent the most amount of time looking at our fence and pointed out at difference in gradient between our backyard and our neighbor's and the correct retaining wall that needs to be installed. The other two estimator from other companies that came out didn't do that and one of them seemed to be in a rush and left within 5 minutes. Once we decided to go with them, Andrea at the office was great at setting up the dates for the service. Their crew showed up on time on the day of service. Alfredo and his coworker worked all day and barely took a break in between. They came back the next day and started installing the fences. Miguel stoped by the job site in the afternoon to check the work. He sent two extra crews to make sure the job is done in 2 days (as we had requested). The end result is great. We had Super Builders build our fence. So glad we went with them. Very professional, great price (I had about 8 bids). They just under mid priced. But Others did not even mention the need for retaining wall was which was obvious when I learned our property 2 feet higher than neighbor. So with that, I think price they quoted was VERY reasonable. But most important was great customer service! We had complications with rain and also roots had to be removed from the ground. This made project complicated and required flexibility by Super Builders. Plus fence adjoined 3 houses. Not easy logistics. But I made the right choice. Martin came out to bid on my fence. VERY smart guy and I would find out, through the process, that he thinks outside the box. When we ran into a problems, he quickly solved them before I had chance to think how I would recommend solving myself. AND DIPLOMATICALLY. He arrived on time to learn about our project--a large side gate that was in pretty bad shape and should have been replaced a while ago. UPDATE OCTOBER 2019: Erosion on the hill behind our house has been very bad, so about 24 feet of fence with retaining wall was starting to fail. This is a tough job, because four posts and a gate needed to be replaced. Since they did a great job last year, I called SuperBuilders back. They had to dig out all the old concrete to set the four new posts, plus they installed more half-posts in between the posts to reinforce the retaining wall. The result is perfect.
