Windows were fitted in 2015 with a few callouts for tweaks and to fix drafts coming through. This was all resolved satisfactorily.
However I am due a refund for some decorative panels which the company did not install, and so I opted for a refund. To this day I have not received this, despite asking for it.
The customer sales agent on the phone got very defensive from the start, in response to my polite request for a refund, advising that Supaglazing will defend any of my claims to the fullest. Terrible attitude. I then asked her for an email to confirm in writing that I had called requesting my refund, to which she said "you're asking me to do things which will make me lose my job."
