However I am due a refund for some decorative panels which the company did not install, and so I opted for a refund. To this day I have not received this, despite asking for it. The customer sales agent on the phone got very defensive from the start, in response to my polite request for a refund, advising that Supaglazing will defend any of my claims to the fullest. Terrible attitude. I then asked her for an email to confirm in writing that I had called requesting my refund, to which she said "you're asking me to do things which will make me lose my job." Pathetic....

I've called them out a couple of times as a few of the windows had dropped and there were howling gales coming in through the gaps. They are not bothered about complaints and only post positive reviews on their website. Seriously the worst windows I have ever had installed and I have refurbished 3 properties including this current one. I will not use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.If it were my business I would be concerned about shoddy workman ship........
