Raspberry Tub

Experience a relaxing oasis in Manitou Springs at SunWater Spa! As soon as you step inside, you're welcomed into a serene environment filled with the soothing aroma of aromatherapy. The facility offers several restrooms, showers, and changing areas for your convenience. The pools are located on a deck overlooking the park, providing a bit of privacy while still being close to other tubs. Each tub is equipped with jets that can be turned on or off, although the temperature is fixed and cannot be adjusted. Our tub was set to 103°, which felt a bit too warm for us, so we had to take breaks in the cooler soaking pool on the ground level. The 90-minute session was just the right amount of time to unwind. Before leaving, I stopped by their small store and picked up a few items.

What a perfect get away, minutes from the city. Sun water spa has done a fantastic job of giving you the feeling of being on vacation without having to head to the mountains, despite being in the city they still accomplish relaxing views and minimal city noise. My group loved the additions of having a cold plunge and sauna available- and two hours was the perfect amount of time in the water! This is such an accessible way to get the hot springs/ spa experience for anyone. I recommend bringing your own snacks, water, and sunscreen if you're prone to burning. The only thing was I would like the option to change the temp on the tub. Overall this was a great addition to my trip the springs and my visitors loved it!

Sunwater spa in Manitou Springs is in a gorgeous spot and I love the fact that you can rent your own spa. There's nothing like sitting in a relaxing hot tub and staring out at the mountains. It's walking distance from downtown Manitou Springs so you can grab lunch or do something in town after. We had done gardens of the gods and went for a soak after which was perfect. The grounds are nice. There's also a sauna and cold plunge is in case you're into that as well. There's also places to lounge in case you just wanna enjoy the weather.

Staff very friendly, warm welcome. Wonderful soak in the cedar tub with a great view of the mountains. Will 100% return if in the area again!

We booked a tub a couple of months ahead of our girls weekend in Colorado Springs. We had an easy check in and made use of the lounge and showers/changing areas before we were taken to our tub. Our tub was the most secluded but we could se the rest of the spa from our spot. Being a 10-11:30 timeframe, it was sunny and gorgeous and we wished we had thought to bring our sunglasses! We soaked for a bit, then went to the first floor for the cold plunge and the other pools followed by a relaxing swing in the hammock chairs. We repeated this cycle twice and didn't feel rushed. The staff was great and everything was pretty dang magical. We didn't book any massages or extra fancy stuff, but our experience was so good I almost talked my girls into going again the next day. For the price - I really felt like we got such great value. An amazing way to start our day for sure!

Definitely a must do when in town! Perfect for after a hiking day at the garden of gods. Clean water, accommodating staff, and the massage was top notch!

View of Pikes Peak from the Sheep Mountain pool on second level.

A lovely way to wind down! Upon reservation you receive a personal soaking tub, access to sauna, cold plunge and saline pools. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet Collin who's just the sweetest angel! Booking is easy on their website and plenty of parking. It is public parking along the park however, scan the QR code, the first two hrs are free. See y'all soon!

The massage service was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! I had booked a soak and massage for me and my really good friend of over two decades and it did not disappoint. The soak was absolutely fantastic with a beautiful view of pikes Peak behind us. We were in there for 90 minutes and it was really nice. But the icing on the cake was the couple massage for both me and my friend. We had the two masseuse, Michael and Alix, and they both really showed us such incredible service. My friend had never really gotten a massage before and she is a little sensitive to touch from other people so Alix make sure to keep communication and talk to her through the entire time. Michael kept asking me if the pressure was right and when I would point out where it really felt great, he would stay and focus on that area for a bit. After the massage was over, I asked my friend what she thought, and she said it was an absolutely fantastic experience, I didn't expect her to like it that much so this was all good. My only complaint that I have is the absolute crazy noise of the restoration that they're doing. Thank goodness you can't hear it in the private soaks and the massages but in the main lobby area, it's ridiculously annoying. We try to be in the hot tubs in the general area, but it was so incredibly annoying all the jackhammers and stuff. I hope they finish up with this restoration soon.

Absolutely love coming here for soaks! All tubs have great views of the town and mountain side. Complementary spring water. Other amenities available during soak time such as access to saunas, cold plunges, and saline pool. Fantastic, relaxing atmosphere inside and out. We've enjoyed wonderful individual and couples massages here as well. Lovely gift shop with a variety of offerings from beverages and snacks to bath products and other unique gifts. Our favorite time to soak is in the evening but we've enjoyed day soaks as well! Walking distance to many fantastic restaurants and shops. Love Manitou and SunWater!

Such a neat, relaxing experience! We went in January, the mineral tubs are so nice! Cold plunges and multiple pools to choose from as well. Highly recommend bringing your own robe and towels, I found some on amazon. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I were in COS visiting from Western North Carolina. We'd been hiking a lot and the hot tub at the hotel just wasn't doing the trick. I grew up in a small town that is famous for its NATURAL HOT MINERAL WATER and know what kind of magical healing it can do for your body. So I surprised my husband worth an evening at SunWater Spa and it was just what we needed after a long day of exploring all COS and Manitou has to offer! We spent our time going between our hot tub and the salt water pool. Both were absolutely amazing! And the sunset from our hot tub.... breathtaking!! I appreciated the kindness of the young ladies working at check in. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and spoke very softly, keeping with the calm esthetic of the spa. Job well done SunWater Spa! Y'all are right up there with my people at the Hot Springs Resort and Spa in Hot Springs NC

Not a healthy look for returning from a spa.
Cynthia

The hot tub was dirty (floating debris and hair) and not well constructed. Upon getting out of the tub, my leg slipped between the seat and the tub back, because the seat was slimy, almost breaking my leg. Multiple showers were closed. Just not a good vibe all around-hot tubs not sanitary or well constructed, facilities not clean or in proper repair, and no real mountain views in all tubs.

Stairs down to the bottom level where the sauna, cold plunge, and saline pools are located.

Just remember when your getting services there, those ladies may be going through something tragic but asked to come do your service anyway. Never get services done by a buisness that treats the employees as slaves. I told my wife to walk far away from that place.

By time I left here I was so relaxed, nothing could have riled me up! He purchased the CBD package for me. It comes with a body wrap, with a 15 minute extra massage (your basically getting a 65 minute massage. They body brush you, massage you with the CBD product, wrap you up, and while that's absorbing, they give you a scalp massage. I appreciated that the masseuse was careful with my hair. I have very curly hair, and she was gentle and assured my hair didn't look crazy after she was done. Then, after that's done, you get a pedicure as well. It's your standard pedicure, but they massage your legs with that CBD product as well. I really felt like everyone paid attention to detail here, and made sure you were comfortable at every moment. I really appreciated that. Since I don't do this often, sometimes I tend to feel a little out of place, but that wasn't possible here. I would come back in a heart beat, and suggest hinting to your significant other they get this for you as a gift. Or! Treat yourself, because self care is all the rage and wildly important if you ask me.

I thought My hair was damaged and I just needed it even and a path to greatness. I chose Honeys because I loved the vibes of the shop on instagram and saw it brought up on Reddit. "Like yass let's get you on the books, what times work for you". Then I brought up the I combed out of my locks thing and vibes changed hard. He then said we are very busy due to Thanksgiving. I will talk to my stylist to see if anybody wants to work on you and they will give you a call back.. needless to say no one called me back. Once I realized nobody was calling me back. I called another very popular salon in the Springs where they got me in and fixed up with in three days.
