That being said, massage from Ty exceeded my expectations and is the sole reason why I became a member following the massage appointment which I originally booked as non member. He paid attention to my chronic sports/recreational ailments and aches yesterday by focusing on trigger point releasing techniques. TBH, I was not anticipating such a skilled massage therapist outside of a resort spa/medical environment. Postscript after reading the prior reviews below. I absolutely agree on the website criticisms. It's an awful website. Unintuitive to navigate with misleading narrative that needs to be cleaned up.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the design/vibe was gorgeous, and I loved the calming wave sounds and infused water. I was honestly considering signing up for a membership because the overall atmosphere was so nice. That said, I was unfortunately really disappointed with the actual massage. My husband paid extra for a deep tissue massage because that is specifically what I prefer. I used to be a massage therapist myself before becoming a stay-at-home mom, so I understand there are different styles and pressure preferences, but this did not feel like deep tissue whatsoever. The pressure stayed extremely light for the entire session and honestly felt more like a light Swedish relaxation massage. What made it more frustrating was that the therapist never once checked in about pressure or comfort throughout the session, which would have given me the opportunity to ask for deeper work. Since we specifically paid extra for deep tissue, I left feeling disappointed and honestly a little upset that the service provided did not match what was booked.

There was a small misunderstanding when we arrived--not anyone's fault--and after a short wait we were offered water, shown to our couples room, and able to use the restroom before the therapists began. Both female therapists were extremely pleasant. The one who greeted us apologized several times for the busyness and the confusion, even though it really wasn't on them. They were clearly working hard to keep up, so kudos to them. We booked a 90-minute couples massage for $80 per person. They didn't ask for specific massage preferences, but both therapists focused primarily on the back, with some arm and neck work. The room was clean, the décor was simple but nice, and the music was perfect--soft piano (Peter B. Helen) with gentle water sounds in the background. Because they were so busy, one of the therapists had to step out a few times. It didn't bother me, though it might matter more to someone expecting a totally uninterrupted session. Overall, I was impressed, tipped $25 each because the service was genuinely good, and we're definitely planning to return. I would recommend giving them a try.

With their super affordable prices (cash vs card), I booked a 90-min combo massage for $80 (60-min body and 30-min foot) and arrived early in anticipation. They started me off with the foot massage which was divine. It was hands down one of the best foot massages I've had this year. After a brief wait, another masseuse came in and I was asked to turn over so that she could work on my back. Thinking they start off with the back and then finish with the front, I turned over. The back massage, which ended with a hot stone massage, was good. The reason for my 4 stars was not because of the quality of the massage (I enjoyed them and plan on returning) but because I was expecting a full body massage, not just a back massage - and I think that expectation/anticipation made it a bit disappointing for me. Regardless, I'm returning again in January for a full body massage (already booked!) to see whether or not it's a back massage only or the full deal. With the affordability of their prices, should all go well in January, I anticipate I'll be visiting here very frequently, at the very least for one of their top-tier foot massages.

Dr. Debbie is caring, kind, professional, funny, vastly knowledgeable, more than comfortable bedside manner. She listens, addresses your issues, doesn't dismiss symptoms or your experience. She'll spend time with you to make sure she tends to any question you have. The acupuncture is so effective. After 3 months now my body has balanced in ways I never felt before. I feel better overall, my raging PMS and perimenopause have chilled out and is acting normally. My husband's back pain has eased tremendously with both acupuncture and cupping. She's an amazing practitioner and we highly recommend her.

Everything is very clean and the music soothing. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Before we started, I met with Dr. Lee to explain the neck and shoulder pain that I have experienced for many months now. My muscles have gotten so tight that nothing has loosened them up. I'm not a big fan of muscle relaxants so I didn't want to go to my regular doctor, I wanted to try something more natural. I've seen acupuncture work on dogs, and they can't lie about it, so I had a feeling that this would help release the pressure in my shoulders, lower back and hip. The experience is very similar to going in for a massage. Except instead of the massage they're putting little needles in you to release the tension. I also had a couple of gentle muscle stimulators going on the sore areas. I laid on a massage style table for about 25 minutes and then Todd took the needles out and did something (I can't remember what it was called) to allow the healing properties from some herbal medicine to enter the needle areas, then he took the needles out. It's pretty relaxing. If you're tired it's a nice break from the day to take a nap. All this said, it isn't an instant fix, nor did I expect it to be. I will have at least 5 more sessions after this one combined with massage (not associated with this business) to reset everything going on with my back, but I will say that within two days I started to notice a release in the tension in my shoulder and neck area. The pain actually reduced even more with taking ibuprofen for the first time in months. I was also given a balm which is similar to the feel of icy hot, but without the strong menthol smell. And you can feel that really digging in deep to loosen the muscles. Especially effective after you've taken a bath or shower! Now, the only thing bad... It took eight weeks to get an initial appointment. I'm not really sure why because the initial conversation probably wasn't more than 10 or max 15 minutes? Then I spent a lot of time waiting once I had undressed and gotten ready for the acupuncture before it started. Perhaps for other people the initial consultation is much longer, I don't know. I had asked to be put on a waiting list if any availability opened up, but I did not ever get a call for that. Since I knew that my shoulder and neck area were still going to hurt, two months later, I went ahead with the appointment. I'm glad I did and I still believe this is going to be the correct solution. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that releasing this tension will finally give me a restful sleep and reduce my dependence on ibuprofen and sleep aids! Dr. Li and Todd are both very gracious and calming spirits to have around!
