My first surprise was that the price of one visit was almost half of what I pay for a month unlimited at my current place. I'm not a cheap person and if I had reason to pay more I would not mind. What I found was completely underwhelming. I actually feel that the amenities army current provider to be better. I choose to use a stand up facility. I told the associate what I was currently using and did not feel like I got a confident recommendation. When I went into the room I was not completely comfortable as it was a frosted glass barrier into the lobby. I found the lock difficult and had to ask for help, so annoyed! Don't want to tell you about how more annoyed I was to discover burnt out bulbs in the stand up tanner. Left not feeling great about paying more for less.

The lotion was fine but when I walked into the tanning bed the fan was absolutely disgusting it had 2 inch thick dust all over it. When the fan was turned on the dust went everywhere. Spoke to the sales clerk & told her how dirty it was and that it needed to be cleaned. She said that she would tell the owner to clean all of the beds. On my next visit the beds were not cleaned & the sales clerk attempted to clean it herself. When the bed was turned on the dust went everywhere in the room it was like a snow globe of dust. I had to leave the room & jump into another room bc it was so bad. I demanded my money back on my package after that experience & wanted to talk to the owner. Apparently the sales girls can't refund and only the owner can so she left a note for him and asked that he called me back. I sustained a sinus infection after that event and I was sick for two weeks straight. I chased the owner for three weeks speaking with three different sales girls who chased him continuously and he never bothered to call me back. All he cared about was my money and didn't care after that. I would never recommend this dirty filthy place to anybody and the owner is disgusting as far as I'm concerned for not caring for his clients and the condition of his beds.

The 1st time my appointment got cancelled 1.5 hours prior to the booked time. The person on the phone said that they just noticed that this time was double booked (I booked my appointment 3 weeks before that date). I've re scheduled for another time and the person reassured me that this time is available. When I came for the appointment, the person at the reception said that she booked me for another procedure (laser hair removal!!!! - I wanted microdermabrasion - not even close) and there is no esthetician available. I was very disappointed as I had to make arrangements to get there. The receptionist offered extra service next time to compensate for the inconvenience. I booked another appointment for last Friday at 3:30 pm. Coming there, I was 7 min late due to construction that is happening at the plaza where the salon is located (was there literally at 3:37 pm), and I was not warned about that. When I came to reception, a woman told me that she cannot "take" me as I am late and she has another person coming in 15 min. I was surprised as I specifically asked on the phone for how long the appointment is going to be (to make arrangements at work) and was advised that it is going to take around 1 hour. The lady at the reception was rude and indifferent, saying that if I'm late I should call and told me that there is nothing she can do for me. At this point I didn't want to re-schedule another appointment. This was very disappointing and frustrating!
