If you started a savings account within seven days of receiving that substantial amount of money you would get last year's interest rate. we made an appointment when there they referred us 25 minutes down the road to another bank. We waited there 20 minutes nobody saw us. My husband was on oxygen very concerned that we wouldn't make it home on time so we had to leave we missed the window of opportunity for that then we wanted to buy CDs. They told us they would call us on Monday at 1 o'clock. No one ever called. He passed away. I took every single penny out of that account and told them exactly the reason why there's nothing but fees with this bank having a checking account is five dollars a month let alone all the other fees I truly believe that they didn't hook us up with CDs nor that savings account because they wanted to use our money at a very low interest rate their charlatans I would not do business with them. avoid them at all cost.
