I've been going to this location for two years and the cleanliness lately has been disgusting. I…read morewill start with I went in the standup bed a week ago when I touched the railing on the inside, noticed it was greasy so then, of course I look closer, and there is crusty bronzing lotion all on the bottom of the handrail. I go in a few days later into the VIP lay down and notice there's lotion smudges on the top glass where your knees might hit and people's hands meaning they did not clean the top glass. Today I arrive the girl working in the front tells me the gentleman before me has three minutes remaining for the stand-up while we wait we chitchat, gentleman exits, and she tells me it's ready. She never cleaned it. The bottom of the stand up where our feet are should be cleaned the handrail on the outside and the handrails on the inside I will attach a picture of the same crusty bronzing lotion that is now been on the rail for a week meaning who knows the last time they cleaned the handrails on the inside. This is completely unsanitary.

Cause that really sucks for us with memberships especially people like me who don't live super close and drove all the way out there for no reason. And I've been coming in once a week recently so putting the sign up a couple days ahead of time doesn't really help. And if you do show up close to closing time, some of them (not all) give you a nasty attitude and rush you. This place kinda sucks. Definitely won't be getting another membership here again.

I really almost quit going when she took a "sabbatical". To my relief, she wasn't gone long. Let's hope that doesn't happen ever again. I hope the owners know how much she is appreciated. She's a definite asset to Planet Beach. (and before you assume anything, I don't know her outside of Planet Beach. I'm just a customer) 2nd- it's great in there. People don't even know. I've enjoyed and sometimes over indulged in every room in that place. I'm a major fan of the Hotworx and the new massage chair. Red Light therapy is amazing. People pay major money for that in a dermatologist office. Hydration is another one of my faves. There's so much more. I'm super relaxed and feeling great every time i leave. I love that Planet Beach takes care of you from the inside out as well as the outside in. Oh yeah, there's tanning and spray tans too if that's your thing. As well as some sweat mini lodge devices. It's torture but it works. Anyways, yelp is telling me to wrap it up already so.......
