Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

Lighthouse Roofing was better on price than many competitors and when we drove to see some of their past jobs, we liked the quality. They had a nice selection of colors for shingles and we landed on antique silver, hoping the lighter color would repel more heat and help a bit on energy costs. After we reached an agreement they were responsive to all communication and gave us good advice to choose a black drip edge that contrasted with the color of the fascia. Lighthouse came out on a tight timeframe and put up a nice-looking roof as promised in a single day.

I had received 4 different quotes for my roof, I chose Lighthouse Roofing because of the way Luke communicated during the quote process. He spent the time to answer all my question and concerns. I also had a fair amount of rotted facia boards and old vents on the roof. I wanted to have everything repaired that was damaged. Luke took note of everything I had issues with. The dumpster and materials arrived on Thursday. Friday morning Luke and his team arrived it was extremely hot and it didn't faze any of the workers at all. His team worked diligently. All were polite, courteous, and professional. The perimeter of the house was covered with tarps before they began ripping off the roof. The team worked on multiple tasks at the same time, some started the new roof while others repaired all the damaged facia boards, trim and added new plywood where needed. They replaced our old vents; one large roofing vent we had for the kitchen as well as two roofing vents we had for bathroom fans. The next day, another hot one I might add, they arrived to finish the roof. They did and excellent job of cleaning up the yard and taking time to get any nails that weren't caught on the tarps. Luke took care of everything for beginning to end: quotes, materials, permits, it also came with roof and shingle guarantees. The roof looks amazing! Looks like I'll have to paint the house.....
