This rack utilizes the space between the garage door (when open) and the ceiling. We had JHS install 2, which is the size of two sheets of plywood 8ft x 4ft. We then decided to use him to install our hurricane shutters and within 2 weeks we had our start date. There were a few mistakes made (by his young assistant) but he was very forthright about it and assured us it would be corrected. We left on vacation in the middle of the install while he continued and was very respectful of our property and communicated with us throughout, and allowed us to defer paying the balance until we returned and were able to inspect the completed work. Very happy with the results and will continue to work with him in the future.
