    I work actively in the healthcare field and would not recommend this business. I had service…read moreperformed on a patient's rolling walker. Unfortunately, I needed to take it back to have it readjusted. This is where the problems started. I made two attempts to visit the store. Both times were early afternoon. There was a sign in the window that they were on service calls. I understand this BUT on my third attempt today the same sign was in the window. This time I called. I spoke to the owner to whom I explained that is was my third attempt visiting his store. His was insolent response was "why didn't you call ahead instead of just coming over again." I said "the hours you have listed on your door are M-F 9:00-5:00 pm are those accurate?" He said "well we are in the shop in the morning, afternoons we are out on repairs and service. You should call ahead before you come." I said, "wouldn't it be fair to your customers to indicate that you are truly in the shop in the morning and that afternoons should be by appointment? I have been to the shop three times now." To this he said, "you are being passive aggressive, call ahead next time." In short, if you want your customers to make an appointment for the afternoons why not indicate that in your hours? We are all subject to hectic schedules, traffic etc. Listing business hours accurately and responding in a professional manner is only good business.
