I was like, that sounds fine, as I had never even heard of the store before. As I walked through the door, it took me a second to realize that this was no ordinary grocery store... As the first thing I saw was riding lawn mowers and solar converters. And that was just the beginning. The more I walked around the store, the more things that I saw that I was not expecting. Flat screen TVs, clothing, luggage, and a lot of big box items. Seriously, this looks like what the child of Costco and a major grocery store would have. I will say this, everything was neat and clean and tidy, and the shelves were neatly, stocked and faced. You can tell whoever worked there took pride in making sure everything looked good. The only downside that I had was the girl that was checking me out, seemed like she really didn't want to be there. She didn't greet me, she just scanned the items and didn't even say anything at all. No Hi how are you, no can I help you with anything else, nothing. I really hope customer service is not dead. Bottom line? If you are in the islands and you are looking for something, chances are this place has it. I would have given it five stars had it been for the nonchalant attitude of the girl checking me out. That being said, this place has pretty much anything you could possibly want.

They have a decent sized parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is located. Currently masks are required to be worn while in the store. The store is not very clean or organized, but it is a one stop shop. They have fruit, frozen food, meats, snacks, alcohol, a pharmacy, pastries, televisions, fans, blankets, bulk goods and everything in between. This place is the definition of a one stop shop. The staff there was helpful and friendly. I found everything that I needed, and a lot of what I wanted there. This is a large store and it stays pretty busy. It is a popular spot among tourist and locals a like. Selection is this stores strong point. If you can not find what you are looking for here, then good luck finding it anywhere else. They have stock all over the place, in the aisles, on top of shelves...everywhere. They just roll a pallet out and drop it right there. It looks like they do most of their stocking during the day. I wish this was done at night though, like most grocery stores in the states. This is a good store to get more bang for your buck. They have some decent sale items. I wish that it was a bit cleaner and more organized though.

I am not one to buy items on vacation but I couldn't' resist this steal drum. I think I found anew passion and hobby. The owner of the shop was as genuine, knowledgeable, and kind as they come. She was not a pushy salesperson and offered expertise on everything in the store -even the building, which was built by slaves over 150 years ago. I really enjoyed speaking with her about the Virgin Islands and the merchandise in the store. If you are looking for authentic Caribbean art and merchandise, no gimmicks or hassles - a friendly face and delicious food right next door DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT. I will be coming back

There is also a small market for groceries that surprisingly it had a good selection of products. However, the prices are higher than a local supermarket outside Palmas but that's the price for convenience. There is also a small yogurt shop with just two flavors of yogurt but they have lots of toppings available. The pizza joint on the second floor is a great spot for a delicious takeout meal. Overall is good to have a Plaza with some options inside Palmas so you don't need to leave the complex. If you are staying in any of the communities of Palmas del Mar you can easily get here on a golf cart or take a walk.

Enjoyed talking with owner, who has been there for decades. Very helpful. We also liked St John Ice cream. Mango, guava, mint chocolate chip all made there. Yum! Definitely go here when you are sunburned and need a break from all the beautiful beaches.
