I called re the over charge, he said was for using my credit card, reminded him he agreed to four fifty and use the card. They used my ladder and left it laying in the yard, it's very heavy. Jonathan said he would cut the wood in 16 inch lengths, but only cut up some of it. Cleanup was shoddy and they left my gate open, would I hire him again, no. Would not recommend his service, nor recommend using this site when in need of help. Very disappointed, but they got the tree down.

At our in person consultation, I met with Shannon & Adolfo, the owners. Towards the end of our 20…read moremin talk, Shannon mentioned they have a special needs, adolescent son who would be accompanying them if they came at a certain day/time. She then proceeded to ask me if it would be alright for him to use our pool. That made me uncomfortable, as it felt inappropriate and audacious to make such a request, having just met them 20 min prior. Ultimately, I chose another day in an attempt to gracefully skirt that odd request. A date and time was selected when the child would be in school. Day of service, the owner, Adolfo, left my gate wide open and my dogs got out...on our FIRST (and consequently, last) service day. I found my dogs way down the road. I'm relieved I just happened to be home and caught it within 15 min. Seriously, like 7 out 10 people have dogs!! Not securing a customers property is significantly negligent, an absolute liability nightmare. Adolfo was combative and rude when I confronted him about it. I was absolutely floored that he wasn't apologetic, AT ALL. Quite the contrary. His wife, Shannon, who answers the calls, does billing and customer service, called me & apologized on his behalf and said, "Sometimes he's just a monster!" Uhhh? Ok? I just invited a "monster" onto my property? Thanks for the heads up, Shannon. There are two, single, professional women who reside here. To be told (by the OWNERS WIFE) that the service we hired was operated by a "monster" was very unsettling. If you have dogs, a pool, a gate or are female, I would urge you to go with a different service. It's just not worth it. Obviously, my personal experience and take takeaway from this situation left me feeling like a crisis was narrowly averted.

They sent out somebody to spray, and the problem was resolved. A month later, we had yet ANOTHER pest problem, and the same guy came out to spray. He was very friendly and nice, and I was actually happy that he had come back because of my great experience the first time. Then he asked me about my taste in music. For the record, the employee was about 60 years old, gray beard, very personable and kind. After we chatted for a few minutes, he bluntly asked me to go to a concert with him. After I mentioned that I wasn't sure if my husband would have to work that night, he looked SHOCKED. He finished the job, came outside, and chuckled about how he needs to start looking at fingers (meaning he needs to notice wedding rings). My husband works out of town sometimes, so it made me very uncomfortable that this person knows where I live and was in my house alone. I called my rental agency and reported this person, but I am writing this review to let the company know that they have a great system, not so great with the staff.
