Then 10 mins later, I received a phone call back from his office, this time it's a woman by the name of Lauren who calls back, "to say we've spoken with you before at a 516-368 phone number supposedly back in the year 2018 by a person who shared both my first and last name. I told Lauren, I've never spoken with Daniel before, she stated that he ONLY provides one free initial consultation per client and that I'd have to pay a fee to speak with him! I told her just to FORGET it then, since she believes I'm the same person from over 8 yrs ago who would be calling in again. Clients beware, this attorney is more concerned with getting paid than actually working his cases which that is the sad part here! From his reviews I've seen filtering them to a 1 star is not fitting to pay a consultation fee, nor is your service all that good. So beware clients, they will RUN a check in their system to see if you've spoken with them before, sounds mediocre and highly judgmental, which is the last thing a client needs during a family law matter, or divorce. He will literally feed you to the other side and you will be left with your mouth open to the floor! I literally almost lost custody of my child bc of him and I didnt even do anything!!
