The first time I just walked in to buy something from the cooler for my mother in laws birthday, I was immediately welcomed and greeted by the original owner of the shop on a Sunday. There was a variety of price options and she was even kind enough to add a few extra flowers for free. Was so pleased with their quality and service that 2 weeks later I walked in again to purchase flowers for my mom's birthday. Wasn't quite seeing anything premade that jumped out so Hilary, was sweet enough to introduce herself and offer to make something. Gave her the colors and trust that she would come up with something gorgeous. Arrangement was done way earlier than promised and looked amazing. They have earned themselves a new customer as the arrangements lasted a long time and I have been so pleased with their service. I first tried ordering flowers from Bouqs.com and had a dreadful experience, so I was happy Botanica & Flowers could save the day! There was an issue with my payment (my bank thought it was fraudulent), so I emailed them to see about trying the card again. I was worried it would be too late to put in an order since Mother's Day was coming up so soon, but luckily they were able to process the payment again successfully and deliver the flowers on the scheduled day.
