Last month, I presented them with a very special heirloom christening gown. The item was sewn by my MIL, and my daughter wore it for her Baptism. I thought I had preserved it correctly, but when I looked at it almost 30 years later (my daughter wanted her daughter to wear it for her Baptism), there were some small yellow spots on one side. I asked this dry cleaning business to help and expressed how sentimental the gown was to us. Well, they understood the assignment and returned a beautiful christening gown back to us! Even my sweet MIL couldn't believe how great the gown looked! I highly recommend this business.

I didn't get a "hi may I help you " or anything. Someone needs lessons in customer service. It was an honest mistake and if I hadn't been in a time crunch it wouldn't have been so important. Thank you Zachary employees for all your help. I'm sorry I didn't get your names but I know you know who you are!! ZF
