In the few days between that and me getting down to the shop, I had something (a tool? A rock?) fly into my windshield on the 163, leaving a hole almost the circumference of the bottom of a soda can. This would require a full windshield replacement. I contacted Sam, then my insurance. Sam tried to get OEM glass but of course Progressive declined. Regardless, Sam managed the filing of the claim in a 3-way call with me and Progressive, then we set the appointment right away. I was able to do my computer work in their waiting room while I waited. Sam and his partner switched out the glass in less than two hours, leaving my SUV spotless. The glass is calibrated and all of the features still work perfectly. It is not often you find a business that goes above and beyond, but this is one of three I've found in SD (another one is Wizard of Water Heaters, and I've since found a clock repair shop in El Cajon that is amazing- DM me if needed! ;-)). I would highly recommend Sam for any auto glass needs you may have!

I had a horrible experience before with Safelite so I was a little worried, but I noticed Connect Auto Glass right across the street and decided to give them a try. Best decision I made. They made the whole process easy and handled everything with the insurance. No stress at all. The price was more than fair for the quality of work and service I got. Definitely great value.
