CAUTION!!!! Possibly going to court to try to recoupe money that was unlawfully held. Claiming…read morethat things on a house rented to us are missing(example- adding new screen windows and parts to the sink that never existed), then used a large portion of our $2K security deposit to buy new additions to improve the house. We have picture evidence from the day we moved in so the courts should figure this out. Have heard from NUMEROUS sources in the community that this happens with them every year. We were told by City Hall that there has been nothing but problems with this landlord trying to not pay for things.
