The dishwasher was clogged with decayed food, the carpet had a terrible smell, there were 100s of dead bugs, drawers fell out from cabinet, garage doors did not work and later had a power outage (no heat) to an electric short. The we found out the house was unlicensed to rent. We had to go to the court to get out of the lease. And we had to pay Todd $300 from the rental deposit as he found the house was not clean as it was at the final inspection. I dont know how this business is still in business.

I hear the owner also runs Park Place, and both are some of the swankiest places I have had the pleasure of staying at. Remember when visiting however that even though it is a cash only establishment, but your next payday is right around the corner.

Instead they sent a check for a large amount of money to a remote location AND LEFT IT WITH THE RECEPTION DESK. I closed on a Friday.
