First of all the owner is a thief. Steals your money. My family has been with this marina for 9+ years. We had an issue where we did not put our boat in the water in time. They stole our deposit, sold our slip and pretty much told us there is nothing we can do for you. THEY ARE THIEVES.

If it wasn't for the relationship I built with my neighboring boaters and the mechanic shop (Mike and Gretchen of M&G marine services are awesome) I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. We also saw a rapid decline in the demographic/personality of new clientele to the marina (started feeling like a visit to Walmart). Harbor9 has potential and hopefully they can turn things around but It was time to try something new so we moved to a marina up the street with nicer amenities and a cheaper price.
