I brought my boat in and they were able to get to it quickly, being August I figured it'd be there a while. They looked at it, called me and explained exactly what the issue was (oil cooler) and asked permission to order parts and complete the job. They were done with the job within a couple days. When I got my boat back, it was CLEAN as I left it to them and they even fixed my speedometer without me even mentioning it. I am beyond satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone! Billy was amazing and his customer service was something you would expect at a Mercedes or Lexus dealer. I bought this boat sight unseen and my confidence in Billy allowed me to avoid a trip to Detroit from Phoenix. I found this boat on the internet after looking for about 6 months. I can tell you that you have to be VERY careful buying boats from out of state dealers. I backed away from a couple other boats and their dealers when they acted suspiciously. There are MANY scammers out there. Billy was extremely professional, handled all my concerns, facilitated the numerous inspections and went WAY beyond the normal call of duty. When the sale was concluded, he even arranged to store the boat for a couple weeks inside their warehouse until my transportation company showed up. When the boat showed up in San Diego, it was exactly what I expected and I was very happy. Billy did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend working with him if the opportunity arises.
