    I l-o-v-e Sunset Florist. My family and I have used them before for many occasions and they have always been top notch. The flowers are always so fresh and the arrangements are always beyond beautiful. What set them above all the rest was when I hired them for my wedding. Lynda was absolutely amazing in helping me plan my wedding. She is very patient, kind, and works within your budget. I planned many of the creative aspects of my wedding, but the one thing I had trouble with, was coming up with a flower design. I told Lynda my thoughts about what I was looking for and she set my mind at ease as she began translating my thoughts into a real design. She is a true artist! My bouquet and centerpieces looked amazing! The centerpieces even had apples in them which tied my whole wedding theme together. The flowers she chose were beautiful and they complimented my wedding colors perfectly. I highly recommend Lynda for all your florist needs. She is a wonderful person and will help bring your ideas to fruition.

    Lynda is a lady I can trust to send my customers to when I am not able to do a wedding or event. As one florist to another, she is great.

I live across the country and wanted to get my mother flowers for Mother's Day. I went online and picked out the flowers I wanted. Based on the standard arrangement shown on the website, I opted to choose for a higher priced deluxe version. When my mother received the flowers, she sent me a picture and I was shocked to see that the arrangement Was smaller than the standard version shown on the website. While my mother was happy with the flowers, I was extremely disappointed with the fact that what was delivered was not as I expected. I called the flower shop and they were wet short and extremely defensive telling me I needed to send them the picture to prove to them what I was saying was true. I was taken back the way they we speaking at me, rather than with me. I found it very rude. I did send the picture Along with an explanation that through the website, I could not get the order to process without a tip. I felt the arrangement price was very expensive and did not justify extra monies above what I was expected to pay. However, the website kept on placing a 10% tip onto the order before I process it. I wanted the flowers to get to my mother quickly. I simply accepted the 10% tip charge and process the order. The flower shop called me back and agreed with me that The flowers were not the deluxe version and they would send out a new arrangement to replace the one that they sent. I told them that it did not make sense to send out a new arrangement after my mother already received a flowers. It would be better for them to simply give me a credit. This was probably the best way to handle And would be most convenient for the flower shop so they don't have to spend more time over the busy day making another arrangement and driving it to my mom's house. The Flower shop representative seemed very frustrated and rudely asked me what it is I was looking for. I told him to simply charge me for the standard arrangement price which he agreed to. Clearly, he did not read the email that I sent him with the pictures I sent because he did not even address the online ordering system, which automatically added a 10% tip. I told him about it and once again, he seemed very frustrated with me and asked me again what it is that I wanted. I told him I wanted the tip also removed. And that ended the discussion abruptly. I've never seen Customer Service like this before. I will never go back to this flower shop. They need to work on their customer service if they are going to remain in business. And this comes from someone who very rarely post reviews or comments on poor service.

I give him a sentiment to express and let him do his magic. The recipients undoubtedly become patrons too appreciative of his artistry as well. It is such a pleasure to work with him, he has my full confidence in delivering beautiful arrangements sight unseen. I'd like to keep him as my secret weapon but that would be unfair. Plus he is one of the most personable business owners I have ever met.
