They are kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the residents. From Carol in the dining area; the CNAs Zach, Ricky, Belking, Publeo, John, and Shay; the CMA Greg; the activity coordinator Kaylee; and nurse Zee--everyone works hard to provide my husband with high-quality care. The care here is far better than what he received at the two hospitals he stayed in previously. I deeply appreciate all that you do, especially knowing how challenging it is to care for residents who are in wheelchairs, nonverbal, and physically weak. You are truly angels to the residents, and your work means so much to many families. Thank you all.

I felt broken and dispirited when I arrived, but through the loving compassionate care of the staff I felt that much healing of my condition took place. What a positive nursing care group! The physical therapists were attentive, and the activities were made fun through good humor and social interaction with other patients. Long-term residents expressed to me that they have been happy staying at the facility. The Christmas party was well-attended and the petting zoo that visited was cool! I definitely recommend the Noble Health Care Center for healing through love and good care!

From the quality of care to the compassion shown by every staff member, I had nothing but positive interactions throughout my stay. RN Jaime truly stands out. She is incredibly professional, compassionate, and absolutely amazing at patient care. Jaime always maintained a positive attitude and had a wonderful ability to joke and have fun while still being exceptional at her job. She made both patients and families feel genuinely seen and heard. She took the time to get to know me, advocated for my needs, and was an incredible support during the life-changing process of a new amputation--helping me figure out how to begin getting back to daily tasks with confidence and encouragement. RN Tori, even while still being new, was a tremendous help--especially during a snowstorm. Despite challenging circumstances, she remained positive, supportive, and dependable, which made a huge difference during my stay. Anthony, the med tech, was always on time and consistently willing to take a moment to talk and connect. He is incredibly personable with a very kind heart, and his genuine care never went unnoticed. In the kitchen, Karen and Vannah were always helpful and willing to make sure I received the diet I needed--along with a little extra when I needed it. Their kindness and attentiveness made meals something I could truly count on and appreciate. The PT team, Angie and Mandy, did an amazing job making sure I was strong enough, confident, and comfortable before being discharged. Their encouragement, patience, and dedication played a huge role in my progress and recovery. Kayla, part of the admin team, was always on top of everything. She made sure all appointments were scheduled and that transportation was available when needed. Her personality is amazing, and she excels at what she does. She truly treats you like family--whether it's with a silly joke now and then or simply stopping in to say hello. Chelsea, the GM, went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of before discharge. Her leadership, compassion, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during such an important transition. And finally, Rhonda, the front desk clerk--also known as my favorite barista--was an incredible source of positivity. She made sure anything my family or I needed was handled quickly, and if something wasn't right, she ensured it was fixed within minutes. Her warmth and dedication made a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my overall experience. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at Ignite Medical Rehab. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services. The care, kindness, and professionalism here made all the difference. -Ron

Recently he was hospitalized again with what we thought was cellulitis. So once again he was sent to Ignite to complete his I.V. antibiotics for 6 weeks. When they transported h8m from the hospital I arrived before he did seen they put him in a semi private room. Immediately I was also aware of his neighbor right next door hollering and moaning very loudly. I told the nurse at the desk that he was not going to be happy about a roommate and did he not know they considered him infectious (my boyfriend) the nurse responded well thats where they put him. But the next day I guess someone caught on that hevwas infectious moved his roommate out to a private room. Thebroommate was none to happy about them exposing him to an infectious person. So then they quarantined my boyfriend about a day late from exposing the whole place. He's in here trying to rest and heal still listening to the neighbor yelling and moaning. Supper is supposed to be served at 4:30 he received it at 7:00 last night only after calling the nurse to see where his supper was. He said he would not recommend Ignite again and wouldn't ever come back.

The request to administer pain medications to my mom was given to staff by me many times and each time they would say they had not received any pain medications from the pharmacy to administer. This took many days to get at the facility and required intervention with multiple staff and physician. The staff received pain medications finally and were instructed to give her pain medications consistently to ease her suffering from the brain cancer. When I would visit each day and ask about pain medications they would say they had not given any during the night. My mom was obviously in pain and suffering, in and out of lucidity. I told them repeatedly to give each night as she was dying and in pain from the brain cancer. The nursing staff rarely gave pain meds to her if I was not present. The last 2 nights of her life the staff said the night staff forgot one night and the night she passed away they stated the night nurse could not find the pain medication in the medication drawer to administer. She did not have any pain medication because of neglect of the staff. If I could give less than 1 star I would as the care was abuse.

The hospital case manager gave us a list of facilities within 30 miles of our home. After checking out three facilities we were very discouraged with what we saw and heard. Then we went to check out Brookhaven and we surprisingly encouraged as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions better than expected. We decided Brookhaven was the place for her hands down. Mr. J T called me the next morning to let me know a private room was available. We moved her in that afternoon. From the time she checked in until the time she checked out everyone was caring and helpful, ensuring she had the best care possible. The entire staff treated her like she was family not just another patient. Outstanding care, treatment and very clean up to date facilities. I highly recommend Brookhaven. V/R, G. Mott

Over the last three years, I have undergone therapy for various injuries at Physical Therapy Central offices in both Norman and Newcastle. Although very pleased with my treatment by Casey & Trent in Norman, I have found "The One" since I moved to Newcastle some months ago: Paige Green's successful treatment of (first) my Piriformis Syndrome in my left hip and subsequent treatment of my torn labrum in my right shoulder has left me wishing I had moved to Newcastle sooner, and restored a vital part of my life: my mobility and my ability to play tennis. Paige is well-educated & informed as a PT; her compassionate and gentle treatments helped me steadily progress back to my "old" self; indeed, my mobility on the court has improved since treatment with Paige. Moreover, Paige's patient instruction of my rehab exercises enabled me to develop a post-treatment program which continues to strengthen my Piriformis muscle and remove that constant fear of reinjury. Paige is currently treating me for a torn labrum; an older injury whose pain I had resolved to just live with; however, after her successful treatment of my Piriformis muscle I asked her if she thought she could help with my shoulder and she said "Yes", and indeed she has. Her treatments have helped me regain the flexibility in my shoulder while strengthening my labrum. To be pain-free and worry-free about my shoulder is a gift I thought I was too old to receive. Thank you, Paige, for your skill, your caring, and your motivational lessons. Kudos to all the staff at PT Central; they are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and caring.

Thankfully they finally sent her back to real professionals before it was too late and it saved her life. By the time the ambulance got her back to a real hospital she had a heart rate of over 180 and her blood pressure was bottoming out. They had to stop her heart and restart it to get it back into a normal rhythm. All because she sat there with a uti for weeks as it got worse and worse. That being said, it wasn't all bad. There were a couple of workers at nights that really seemed to care but not so much for the nurses that worked during the day. However, in good conscience I can't recommend this place. Not if you care about your loved one.
